Out of date product
I wrote a previous review as they sent me the body product when I had ordered the face cream. I contacted the company and they apologised and sent out the correct item this arrived today the product is now correct but they have sent me an out of date cream Expiry 01/26, the review I’d heard was good and that’s what made me try the product but now I’m really doubting this company as I have read on someone else’s review that it had also happened to them, I will wait to see if they can get it correct on the third occasion and if not will be raising a charge back through my credit card company

We would like to clarify the situation regarding the "Expiry 01/26" mark you noticed. We’ve had a few printing mistakes on our recent batch of labels which has caused some understandable confusion. Please rest assured that your cream is perfectly fresh; all of our products have a 12-month shelf life from the moment they are opened, rather than a strict calendar expiry date.
To make up for the earlier inconvenience, we actually upgraded your order to a larger jar at no extra cost, which our records show should have arrived with you today.

Reaction to (possibly) sweet almond oil?
I’d like to start off by saying this review is not a reflection on the company or the quality of their products, it’s just a warning to those with reactive skin that maybe the sweet almond oil should be avoided.
I bought the whipped face cream, used it overnight, and the next day I had 5 huge spots forming on my face. I haven’t had spots like this in years. I’ve used beef tallow before, but not sweet almond oil. So I can only assume that’s the culprit!
Really wanted to like this but unfortunately I’ll have to give it away to someone else. If your skin is reactive to certain oils it might be best to look for tallow on its own, or tallow with honey.
Keep up the good work though guys the company and products are great :)

Great stuff!
I have been in desperate need looking for a balm that would hydrate and help reduce red flakey skin for my child. Years of hospital appointments and the GP nothing worked. I found fat cow and ordered a pot to see how it would go .i was amazed that my child didn’t react to it as their skin reacts to everything I’ve tried. Its made a huge difference to his skin. The redness is lighter and his skin is slowly healing. Since then I have ordered more in. It’s not a quick fix but I’m happy with the progress and so are they! Thank u!

Wrong Product Sent Out
I was recommended the Fat Cow Face Cream so I ordered the Citrus but was sent the body cream so was extremely disappointed when I opened it, the one star is for how fast the delivery came or I would have scored it zero! Can I also state there was no batch number or expiry date where it should have being it was blank.

I am so glad I clicked on the link. It has no nasty chemicals and smells lovely, Fine lines and wrinkles diminish! Now I have had a couple of weeks of using this face cream I feel I can give it a fair review. It has completely cleared up a couple of dry patches on my face. A little goes a long way and sinks in so easily leaving your skin feel soft and supple without a greasy feeling. I will certainly repurchase when the time comes.

Ive been living with PCOS and infertility since ny teens and now 34 ive finally found something natural! I was skeptical about the wold yam cream and if it would balance out my hormones but OMG it worked straight away! My periods were always steady but the bleed useless well now its normal healthy shedding and I couldn't be happier. My ovulation has become consistent and my PMS has disappeared. If your needed natural hormone balancing then this is the cream for you and added bonus is super easy to rub in no smell! couldn't recommend it enough 👌
