Great for acne prone skin
Quick delivery, only need small amount of product at a time, woke up with brighter smoother skin from the first night. Using SPF daily and no cleanser for over a week and haven't broken out, 27 years old and still have acne prone skin

I recently bought the tallow face cream, sadly it did not work for me, I contacted the company straight away within a few days of purchase. They were brilliant, contacted me within 24hrs and offered me either a different product or a refund. I opted for the refund and the money was back in my account within a few days. Excellent customer service.

Quick and safe delivery
Quick and safe delivery, I bought a small face and small body moisturiser and my skin feels amazing when I use them. I'm.only just new to the products and have only used them a fortnight but so far so good. I have some urticaria on my face and the skin is drying out with itching and the face balm soothes it so much. The only downside is my dog seems to really love it too!

Wonderfully hydrating body moisturiser
Ordered for a bout of severe eczema to help keep my skin moisturised ... I prefer products with natural ingredients and the breakout I was suffering was really bad. Not tried this before, but wow, wasn't long before I was using it all over ... keeps my skin soft ... wonderful stuff, reasonably priced; am considering trying the face moisturiser. Arrived quickly too.

Phenomenal face cream, I literally use it 2-3 times a week and no other skin care and my skin has never been better. I just bought the body cream, so I don’t know how well that works yet but the face cream is WOW!

Greasy. Not great for oily skin
The product is quite greasy and smells even though it says unscented. I only wore it once but couldn't stand the smell 😔

Doesn't really work
Unfortunately despite the hype the product has not helped the mild eczema I get on my skin and the smell is a bit off-putting, I got the unscented one. I'd put up with the smell if it worked but unfortunately for me, it doesn't.

Magic in a pot
I received my order very quickly! I'm usually wary of new products as I've found they don't usually live up to the hype but this is magic in a pot! Very unimpressed.
I was very hopeful for this product but it made my skin worse, what was just dry skin has turned into red itchy inflamed skin.
Tried to contact the company about returning through ‘love it or return it’ promise/100% money back guarantee but got no response to emails. Terrible customer service.
*Added 22/21 in response to the company’s reply below…I have now sent them 3 emails to the exact email address they have given below - one on 9/11, one on 13/11 and one yesterday after their reply. I have still had no response so they are clearly just saying the below to make it look like they are providing good service!
