Good service in branch but online…
Good service in branch but online booking system needs improved. Booked car in and prepaid tyre and was advised to attend between 12 and 4, arrived around 1.30 to be told fitter was on lunch and to come back in an hour! This should be advised at time of booking. Went back and then found out tyre was wrong size for my car, this was again the tyre that came up online when I entered car reg. Right tyre eventually fitted at extra cost so be careful using online ordering.

From the outset when I parked my car the afternoon before MOT Ryan Manager at Telford rd was courteous and communicative. He called me after MOT as promised around 0930am and told me my car had passed with one advisory a nail spotted by eagle eyed tester Pawel and subsequently I picked car up and again Ryan said nail had not penetrated and no repair was needed. My Van goes in in a fortnight and I look forward to the highly professional and courteous service of Ryan Pawel and any other staff who may be involved as trust goes a long way in this industry. Booked online for my MOT
Booked online for my MOT, but as soon as I entered reception it felt very personable and friendly. First time using the Maidencraig garage, but made to feel very welcome and not just another booked online punter. Friendly, fast and efficient service and I will definitely rebook my MOTs there from now on - the guys were great.

Another great experience
Another great experience having MOT and full service at Farmers in Blairgowrie. Ross was friendly and helpful as ever, and they were incredibly efficient and phoned as soon as my car was ready. All done and dusted by lunch time. Thanks again!

I asked to check exhaust noise and…
I asked to check exhaust noise and suspension on passenger front wheel. No feedback back was given….
No call was made to my mobile. On dropping car I was asked if nothing major to be done… they had permission to go ahead with work. When I arrived after work… I was told they had been trying to contact me several times .. they had correct mobile. I needed 3 new tyres at (22,000 miles and at the first MoT. 2023. I hadn’t called back so the work hadn’t been done. No calls were on my phone log…. But I got the blame.
I went for the interim service and MOT. On the sheet of works , it didn’t highlight that an oil and filter change had been done? I don’t know? Was that not part of the interim service. Just letting you know, my confusion? As this was what was needed for the service my log book needed. I wondered if my log book was taken out the car? No sure … my service book was taken out of the glove compartment and was possible missing the log book ( but not sure).
Also I waiting for my 3 new tyres … then as I drive home the tyre pressure warning light came on… I am still to check the tyre pressure on my tires….
You asked for feedback back… so I’m just giving it…
I got blamed for no phone calls. My phone was by my side all day. These things happened on both sides … d so o I tried not to spoil my pick up experience.
Otherwise reception staff were very friendly. I have used farmers for 15-20 years.
