Scam. Book an airline ticket that clearly said round trip. They called back the next day and told me it was one way only and to give them more money. I said no and hung up

DON'T ever think to buy from them, you buy a ticket and after they will call you and say that price is only for one way, you either pay the difference which is a double amount or you will not get a refund for what you already paid, fooling people. Worse site ever dealt with. AVOID AVOID AVOID them

Worst experience EVER!!
Booked my tickets and they call me back saying westjet sold all the tickets and they had to reimburse the cost.....
What a waste of time!!

Arnaque!!!! Grâce à Dieu, j’ai pu leur échapper à temps. Mais faite attention. C’est de l’anarque. Réservez-vos billet avec les compagnies aériennes directement. Évitez les agences!!! Merci de faire attention!

Total Scammers. Booked a round trip flight with them and sent me email that reservation was in progress and that it takes 24 hour before they can confirm. They called me the following day and said my flight is one-way only if I want confirmation. They said I didn't select a cancellation feature so I can't cancel. Told them why can't I cancel when booking is not confirmed in the first place. What a losers! Told them am gonna send email to government, Booking.com and United Airlines for their horrible scamming business. Next thing I checked Booking.com they were nowhere to be found. Can't comprehend why Booking.com allows them to be Partners.

Same situation as others. I was lucky they could not pass my credit card from some reason. They were highly trained at deceiving and will not be around for long. Very shaddy. Do not use!... Do not!

AVOID!!! Thru Jetcost, we book 2 tickets at 1110$ .They called us 5 hours later and ask for 638$ extra pretending that the tickets for the return flight wasn’t available at the price selected previously!
Impossible almost to understand the representatives as they are from India and…don’t care but get more money. The same offer (1100$)was still available 6 hours after on the Jetcost website!?!

No compren con ellos, yo compré unos pasajes a $319 y después me llamaron que los vuelos estaban llenos y no habían asientos pero que por $579 podían conseguirme otro viaje. El problema es que no me quieren devolver el dinero porque no hay devolución. Al momento estoy haciendo gestiones para denunciarlos. Y los comentarios de 5 estrellas observen bien, parecen mentira pues se oyen muy fabulos.

They are scammers. They will book the ticket and then call you next day to add checked-in luggage for an extra fee!

Offered the lowest price then the booking was "in progress" - told to phone up within 24 hours to confirm. The lady tried to force me to upgrade my seats/luggage (like BA has ever only had a 3kg allowance?!) and when I refused, she then said it was the terms of the ticket that there are no cancellations. She said to check the BA website as a reservation was there, which she clearly temporarily made at the time. Scamming and blackmail, as far as I can see, to offer cheap flights then screw more money out of you. As I didn't bite, no money gone out yet but I will stop any payment that does. Total scammers.

Be aware this scammers
I book a flight , provide all details from my credit card.
Next morning they send me email that transaction is pending and must contact them over the phone.
When called Lady with accent difficult to understand kept me on hold,then I I I said that cabin not available and must pay more to change it which I refused and asked to cancel the deal and send me email confirming it.
I repeated this also on fake messenger they use and sent many mails without response.
I have to cancel my cc hope these scammers won't steal money.
Have to report to police such cases and BBB

Don’t believe the prices they have on the app. Once you “buy” a ticket from them they will tell you the flight is booked and you will need to pay more. At that point, they will not refund the hold on your credit card, stating that they will only give you a credit toward a flight. The games they play are criminal, what they do should be illegal.

This company is a scam!!! Don't waste your time ! They will makeup a flight that you didn't request and will ask for change fee of $150. Bunch of liars!!!

This a scam. They will make a PENDING booking that they will cancel on you without notice. Then, when you receive the cancellation e-mail for the flight (that they never actually booked, and never intended to book), they will tell you the only seat avaiable on the same flight is 2x the original cost.
