Would rate a zero if I could. This is just a bait and switch scam! Wouldn’t refund a flight that couldn’t even be booked . Had to stop payment on credit card.

Scam, shit company. They steal information from all credit and debit cards, don’t fall for this scam, they are criminals and thieves… Be careful!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a scam and I'm embarrassed that I fell for it. I went on Trivago looking for the cheapest flight and this group came up first with the lowest rate. I foolishly assumed that Trivago WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE COMPANIES that it showed data for, they hadn't, and I will never use them again. I made my reservation and for over 10 minutes it kept saying it was "In Progress". Then I get a phone call from a man with a heavy Indian accent telling me that my husband and I were on Standby for the flights. When I complained they said the price we had been quoted was no longer available and offered us flights that took 4x as long or flights way out of our timeframe. I asked for my money back and they said I hadn't paid for any changes. I said I hadn't made the change, they had, but no go. I had my Grandson take over and after 80 minutes on the phone it seems we have our money back but it doesn't show on the credit card yet.

Scam scam scam scam! Buyer beware. They sell you a ticket online, then you get a “waiting to be confirmed” email. After calling to see why your flight hasn’t been booked, they try to sell you a higher price ticket at a different time and date because they never had the original booking you were going after. You get an Indian sounding man named “David Rodriguez” and his boss “ Adam Mathyw” (actual spelling) telling you that you can’t get a refund and that you have to pay more money to get a different flight. Seems like looking at the other reviews with similar experiences, this site is a scam. You will not ever get your original flight and they will try to “help” you find another flight and then charge you more money.

Total scam don’t use them!!! I bought round trip flights through them and the next morning, a man with strong Indian accent called saying my return flight is fully booked out so I have to book another return for $200 more. I asked them for refund and they said they can’t refund me and that they have to book the flights for me. I looked on google flight and my original flight was still available.
I called my bank to dispute the charge and requested a new card. They also kept calling me nonstop I had to block their number. DO NOT USE FAREHUTZ THEY ARE A SCAM!!

This is a scam I have a print out of my reservation for $223.27 paid with my card and within an hour got an email stating there was a problem and to call their 800 number. I called twice and was guaranteed a callback. Finally on call three I waiting on hold for 19 minutes. He tried to tell me the fair was not available. It doubled in price. I was not going to pay the amount. He indicated I could not cancel without a 80 charge for cancellation. I told him it was not my fault for the change in airfare. He spend the next 40 minutes trying to get me on a different flight and different days and different airport non of which I was going to do. He finally cancelled when I told him I was going to write them up with negative reviews everywhere possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS WITH FALSE WEBSITES TO DRAW YOU IN. I had my daughter use the same address I did and she got the same orginial fee. Obviously we did not book it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE. ITS TO BAD PEOPLE HAVE TO CHEAT AND LIE TO HAVE A BUSINESS.

Complete scam artists ! Pls 🙏Do not get in touch with them as you will get scammed . They promise you one price for tge ticket , they call you to say it’s no longer available and they want to charge twice as much but can not refund you tge money that you originally paid . Total scam ! Stay away !

i purchased a ticket 5/6/2025 for my trip in july the original price said 150 US Dls i put in all my information just to get a call from them saying that price was no longer "Available" the lady explaied to me they have no refunds availabe but they could get me on the same flight for 400dls more i told her i would call back since i need to figure out what i would do. I just happend to grab my laptop and check for better prices elsewhere when their wesite comes back on my screen with the same price of 150usd WHAT I HAD ORGINALLY BOOK FOR so i called them back and explained what was going on that it was still the same price on their website the lady tried to tell me i was lying. i demand to speak to the manager same thing with him they full of SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time please, THEY ARE ALSO ON THE BBB AS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!! wish i would have done my research sooner before..

- They almost got me for a flight to Hawaii until I googled the name farehutz from the other scam website fly scanner , I saw all the other scam posts pop up on Reddit also 📍 stay safe out here

If I could give this company a BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD. I booked with them 1700.00 round trip to London. they called me the next day stating that the flight WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THEY STATED THAT I HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT BUT IT WOULD BE 600.00+ MORE. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF WELL WHY NOT BUT THEN SAID OK. AFTER I CALLED THE AIRLINE COMPANY ITSELF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT FLY OUT OF ORLANDO. I PANICKED AND BOUGHT ANOTHER FLIGHT WITH A DELTA THROUGH PRICELINE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE FLIGHT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH FAREHUTZ AGAIN.

It is completely scam. They never issue ticket and asking for more money.

SCAM company;

I booked the tickets & even paid the amount from their website; when I don’t see the tickets even after 2 hours, I did call the customer service & the guy says I need to pay more! I’m like if you can’t give the tickets just cancel & give me my money back; but the guy says, it’s non refundable tickets! They don’t want to give you the tickets or the money; total scam & I’m surprised how it’s not banned yet; will dispute the transaction.

As my booking in progress, I received an email to call them back to complete my reservation. They will tell you different things like, you were booked for only 2 passengers when you actually booked for 5 people. They will ask you additional payment, and will also tell you that the flight date you booked will not be available. They will not stop until they can get something from you. They will harass you so badly. Don't agree on what they are telling you and don't give them any credit card information. Hang-up the phone and block them!!!

J'ai fais faire une mise en demeure par un avocat contre cette compagnie. Un agent a annulé mes billets d'avion en me garantissant par écrit que je serais remboursé. Ils n'ont pas respecté leur promesse. J'ai donc payé 2 billets inutilisable! La compagnie n'a pas donné suite à la mise en demeure. Je serai donc obligé d'aller en cours si je veux récupérer mon argent. Soyez prudent, se sont des arnaqueurs.

AS MENTIONED BY OTHERS, THEY QUOTE YOU THIS AWESOME FARE AND THEN 24 HOURS THEY COME BACK AND HIT YOU HARD FOR ADDITIONAL FEES

I am beyond furious with Fairhutz! This company is nothing but a scam factory that preys on people looking for a decent deal on flights. They advertise these "unbelievable" prices that seem too good to be true—and let me tell you, THEY ARE. Here’s what happened to me:

I booked a ticket at a price that looked like a fantastic deal, received a "confirmation" email, and thought I was all set. But oh, no. Within a day, I get another message saying there's been an "issue" with my booking, and they try to push me into buying a new ticket at a significantly higher price—double what I had originally booked! Classic bait and switch!

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, they hit me with every excuse in the book. Customer service was a nightmare, with agents who clearly have a script designed to deflect responsibility and try to wear you down into just giving up. It’s a shady operation, plain and simple.

Bottom line: Fairhutz lures people in with fake deals, then pulls the rug out from under them. It’s a total con. If you’re considering booking with them, DON’T. There’s nothing "fair" about Fairhutz—just lies, deceit, and a whole lot of hassle. Go with a real company that actually respects its customers.

This company is a scam! They post cheap prices online but call you back to say it’s only a one-way flight and you must pay additional $400 for a return flight. Don’t use them!!

Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I bought the tickets and soon after I received an email saying that there would be no seat and I had to pay almost 3 times more than the price I paid and without the right to cancel, terrible service.

The worst no honesty don’t book through them or deal with them they will screw you .
