Went to Auburn store on Thursday night absolutely disgusted with the two girls working 5 groups were looking around we only got a little help because we went to the counter one girl talking to the warehouse guy I think his name was Blake as the phone was on speaker the conversation was ridiculous they both need to be sacked we left your store as most of the other customers did we then went to freedom and bought a $5000 dollar lounge and the furniture we required total cost $9000 this was around 6pm disgusting

Bpught a glass cabinet. Each side has 6 holes for the 3 shelves. Got it home, assembled it. It only had 5 holes on 1 side. Was very frustrating given it took 3 hours to assemble. However. I called this morning. And the guy who works there was very very nice and helped me out. Instead of carting the whole thing back he let me take the defective side in for exchange. Id say he deserves a beer. The ladies who sold to us yesterday werent very helpful though. When we went in, there was no real old fashioned service, or even aknowledgment of us. The guy wasnt in yesterday. But, he was so helpful today. I just wanted to give him a star for being so nice on the phone, and acfually rectifying my issue.. he was delightful to speak to, and great at giving me options. I might still buy from there just because he was so helpful, and has excellent customer service. But the service yesterday was notably quite bad. As there were 2 ladies on and none really made any effort despite us being the only custimers. ( osborne park store.)

Twice I’ve visited the Maroochydore branch and their warehouse pick up in Wises Road. On both occasions the staff at both places have been amazing. The furniture may be cheaper but the salespeople and warehouse workers are of the best quality, so helpful, very professional and always have a genuine smile.

I have been mucked around with Fantastic Furniture Moore Park recently I have the worst experience from Amanda To Katherine who claims she's a boss and can't even wipe her own ass.
Amanda stuffed up my order from the start then the second time Katherine screwed it even more and nothing was done to fix the problem and it gets drifted hard when you need to follow up as a client I mean What's wrong with customer service these days.
Never and ever will be shopping from this store again

What should have been a very straightforward transaction quickly became an exercise in frustration and irritation. Purchased the Miami modular: was informed delivery would be 12 weeks. FF "Customer Care" never ONCE replied to my stream of enquiries and while the store management stepped up toward the end, it was 20 weeks before I laid eyes on my sofa. It SHOULD have been the perfect, ideal sofa for my space however, because FF, in their infinite (lack of) wisdom, made the 3 seater and 2 seater months apart, the cushion seams do not line up and the volume of the cushion stuffing on the backrests varies considerably and therefore detracts from the overall look. At first I thought it may have been due to the tight plastic wrap during transit but no, just poor workmanship, appalling customer service and a bitterly disappointing, stressful experience.
UPDATE:
One might have thought FF would monitor sites such as this as an opportunity to moderate and/or improve their practices. Could not be less interested: two weeks on, no defence, no communication, no idea!

We purchased launge at 17/06/2023.

After a week we noticed that a thread is coming off and we reported at the Penrith store
but encountered very unusual questions like this must have happened with some ring, why didn't you notice at the time of delivery, some kid must have done this etc. and manufacturer will reject the claim

In response to that we mentioned that no one in our house wears rings, we don't have small kids and even we are not at home most of the time since the purchase.
It's just 7-8 days since we received the sofa and we did notice that today.

Looks like they have very manipulative warranty document.

I highly recommend not to buy furniture from fantastic furniture.

We ordered a mattress 2 weeks in advance and we’re told they’re in stock and we would get it delivered before we move only to get to moving day and the mattress hadn’t been delivered rang the customer service and was told they’re having trouble with the courier and they would raise an urgent issue within 72 hours. Had no where for my toddler to sleep for 2 days and had to go to the previous address after the mattress just randomly shows up after at least half a dozen phone calls taking hours to go through. Absolute joke of a company with incompetent and rude “customer care” staff. Will never shop with them online again. On the bright side shopping in store is incredibly easy and the mattress did arrive. AVOID ONLINE! Shop in store and you should be okay

Really bad experience. The online order (just a cat tree) went missing and it takes 10 business days to get a refund. Hard to contact customer care and no reply to enquiries. Live Chat is just so bad.

How the hell can this bloody company justify its delivery cost I’m about to order a $340 unit only to be charged another $88 on top , whata joke absolute RIP OFF 👎😡

Brought two tall boys from fantastic furniture in February my partner tried to put them together the instructions did not match what actually came in the box there were missing parts and some of it didn't even go together so we rang them they told us dismental it and put it back in the box but we couldn't as the instructions said to glue parts which wouldn't come out they they than reckon they couldn't take it but ended up taking them. A few weeks later got a phone call that my $600 refund was processed back into a cancelled bank account so rang them up and told them the account has been cancelled they than said no it's with your bank this has been going on since we keep ringing customer care they have you hold for 1 hour than when they answer and you ask for a manager they reckon they are in a meeting my mother in law has even jumped on the phone for me and ripped it up them still no refund it's pretty suss I wouldn't buy from fantastic furniture

Purchased cupboard inserts via click and collect. ‘Ready in 60 mins’ however received an email to say issues processing payment so we went into the store that day and spent another $2000 so we could get it that day. Sent an email advising to cancel our click and collect and to refund our first order. Was told it would be 24-48 hours to get the money back into our account. Now been 5 days and still no refund. Got told it takes longer cause it’s a ‘rejected’ payment. Should be quicker considering the payment didn’t go through in the first place. Just BS. Terrible service and great at taking peoples money instantly but taking forever to give it back. Asked for financial dept number to call them and no response. Can’t even find a number on their website to call anyone to discuss.Not happy at all!

I've had 2 couches from Fantastic furniture. They sag and you need to put wood under the seats,but they are affordable. I purchased a 3rd couch they are no longer cheap and the delivery man refused to deliver it saying he couldn't park even though I gave explicit parking instructions. To get a Refund I had to jump through hoops. Why? Just Refund me into my card.It took 2 weeks to get my Refund.Terrible service, rude staff. I will never shop there again. I went to Harvey Norman and paid a lot more but there was no delivery problem, it was all efficient and pleasant and I now have a couch I don't need to put wood under. Fantastic? More like F. up furniture.

I had bought furniture from the store and paid them to have it delivered. However, the delivery guys badly damaged my home, they tried forcing the lounge through the doorway and ripped the door off the hinges causing permanent damage, I have been left with no door as the door has been ripped from its hinges and an open home, I rang the store and they said there’s nothing the store can do for me , but didn’t offer to come out and fix it and they didn’t offer to organise someone to fix the damage done by the delivery guys. This purchase from the store has been an absolute nightmare..it has been a month since the damage and fantastic refuse to give any assistance or help , I ended paying myself to get the door repaired.. huge disappointment..

We ordered Como storage bed and one of the drawers were broken due to which we asked for an exchange. Till now the issue has not been resolved and literally we are sleeping on the floor with our 8 month old baby. Extremely annoyed. Pathetic service. Never going to recommend

It’s been over three months waiting on my sofa no callbacks just excuses! Don’t order a sofa from them unless you want to be stuffed around. Need to get compensation as I have waited all this time no resolution. It’s awful so unhappy and appalled.

It has been more than 3 months since we order sofas .. mo communication whatsoever!!
