Worst company ever sends me wrong size and took ages to get her I had a funeral to go to I paid for tailoring Aswell and still they could not get to fit this company is a scamming company we sent all size and the size are not as they say then they write emails to get the size when there is no size attached because this company is not based in uk they are dirty bastards I will get my money back through my bank scum bags you ain’t welcome in our country

What a shower of rip off and lying people these guys are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Website says they are based new Newcastle but when checking there is no company at that address. Companies House states the business that WAS listed there, was created in March 23 never submitted accounts and was struck off in Aug 24. The phone line isnt answered by this company by by an Asian letting agency who are remarkably rude. Items seem to come from Pakistan and in my case took a month to arrive with repeated pathetic replies in the middle of the night (so their day time and our night) with delaying tactic replies. Product arrived eventually but a blind person on acid could have made a better item. They lied on customs documents and have lied to me throughout the process from payment to arrival. Pushing to get my money back - but will not hold my breath. Do yourself a favour and black list these guys as shisters

Do not buy from here. I ordered a pink palm puff hoodie from here as the website said based in Newcastle, pink palm puff comes from America so though great a stockist here in the uk, not only did the product smell when it came the quality was awful, and it’s a fake! This company hasn’t refunded me even after saying they would and is now ignoring my emails. Absolutely awful customer service and awful fake products.

Such varied reviews!! Interested in a coat, communication has been OK, but they will not provide a photo of the actual garment--just a picture of Kate Middleton in the coat I'm looking for! Too wary to buy.

Counterfeit goods, using fake images, illegal refund operations. DO NOT USE!

Ordered a Pink Palm Puff hoody for Christmas for my daughter. The images on the site looked genuine. Should have known something was wrong when tracking info came through from Pakistan not Newcastle

It arrived weeks later just in a plastic bag. The jumper had no tags and the decal was iron on transfers not stitched.

Contacted customer services who were reluctant to give me a full refund. After telling them they are breaking distance selling act regulations and breaking the law by selling counterfeit got goods and about a week of back and forth they finally said they would give a dill refund which they did but it took a while to get to that point.

If you have fallen for their tricks and want your money back, be persistent you will get it.

If you're thinking of buying from them DONT DO IT

Although the item I ordered was far from what it seemed! and all the faff trying to return it (no warehouse etc)a few emails back and forth, but the customer service person I dealt with was very good, we negotiated a refund and it was quickly in my bank account so no issues there at all

Scam website, came straight from pakistan and wasn’t even the same as advertised, only offered a 60% return so still profited off the purchase, no one should purchase here

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not buy from this company. Faulty item would not refund, asked to return the item at a cost to me of 30 pound - they then said they were unable to accept returns to their warehouse due to an “issue” then removed the option of a refund from me. So I am left with a poor quality and faulty item that they will not exchange or refund. Awful service. Do not buy from them.

Gutted! My pensioner mother wanted to buy a great gift for her teen granddaughter, so spent just under £60 on a Stussy sweatshirt from this company. It has UK address on website, but delivery took several weeks, and a lot of prompting to arrive in time for Christmas. My savvy teens recognised it as a fake straight away, with cheap lining. We asked to return it and have refund - after lots of chasing again, we were told we could only have half refunded or pay £30 to send it back (to Pakistan). They did refund £29.50, but we should have been able to smoothly return. Seriously dodgy company!

DO NOT order from this site. They charged me £65 for a hoodie. When it arrived, it was an absolutely awful fake. The stitching was uneven and frayed, the material of the jumper was cheap and itchy and it stunk. I am trying very hard to get a refund but judging by the reviews on this site, I am not likely to be successful.

I ordered a specific cardigan as seen on Heartstopper. They claimed to have this - all of the imagery (and the pricetag!) was of that specific jumper. What I received was a shoddy baseball jacket - the shade. Material, style, buttons, pockets… everything was wrong. And they’re refusing a refund or return. Terrible site. Literally fraudsters.

Product ships from Pakistan. The product was nothing like the picture, poor quality, wrong colour. Only offered full refund if I pay the return shipping. Not a satisfied customer, would never order from them again.

Cheap fake. Didn’t fit. Refund policy says 30 days, then says you have to send a picture in 7 days, then further in the (huge and very badly written text) says it must be 24 hours.

You have to ask how this is allowable under the consumer laws?

The company or distributor in Newcastle clearly have no moral compass. Karma always bites back though so these people will undoubtedly learn their lesson in time.

Ordered a large 'Stussy' hoodie for my son. Arrived very promptly via courier from 'Karachi'. The hoodie was not a large and also a fake. After emailing my concerns i will have to say that communication was very good and ultimately i received a refund.

Avoid! It's cheap(er than the real ones) because it's fake, and a pretty awful one at that and comes from pakistan!

My partner bought this for my daughter thinking he'd got a bargain but after looking I knew it would be a fake instantly, i guess we'd just hoped for £60 it would at least be a good one but we were sadly disappointed.

I could have literally done a better job on my Cricut machine and the hoodie has the weirdest inner lining I've ever seen. Just to make life worse they use the most awful courier company who never deliver on time and never leave with a neighbour or in a safe space so you have to waste time, everytime trying to rearrange deliver...and then they don't turn up.
Absolute nightmare and out of pocket by £60. Presume a refund will be unlikely but worth a try I guess.
