Jacket was terrible quality said it was wool but more like a cheap rough felt and the label said 100% leather. The sleeves were extremely long and when requested to return it, they firstly offered £30 coupon then 35% off then 50% off I didn't accept and eventually got the full refund of £90. Sham company.

I ordered a size medium Bob Dylan jacket from famous jackets with no problem what so ever. The jacket is of good quality and the sizing is perfect. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from this company again as it was a perfect transaction. The jacket looks so cool when you wear it and you can see people admiring it.

Do not recommend!! Ordered a suit jacket and trousers. Did not look anything like the pictures, material was awful. Requested a return for a full refund within the time period and after a two week process of emails back and forth I was told a return wasn’t possible and they would only refund me 70% of the purchase. Absolutely awful service and have since been contacted continuously to leave a 4/5 star review for them!

Ordered a stussy hoodie for my daughter, arrived fine, but fit and material wasn’t great so wanted to send it back. Took a few emails back and forth to finally be told can send it back but I have to pay shipping or have 50% refund and keep it. Didn’t think this was acceptable so managed to get 75% refund which has been transferred and can keep the hoodie as problems with their warehouse.

They sold me a fake jacket made in Pakistan for £86 which still has there price of £26 on it and blatant proofs of counterfeit. Definitely do not purchase from this site

I ordered a wool jacket and a fleece one was sent , in all fairness famous jackets did reply and gave me options to make amends which I accepted . But I wouldn’t purchase anything else from them I’m afraid

Ordered two Stussy jumpers that when arrived were fake and very poor quality, they were also covered in animal hair. After going back and fourth with them offering 85% discount I went to my bank and did a charge back as the company refused full refund. I had the full amount back in my account within minutes and I won the dispute due to the fact they were fake. If they refuse a full refund I recommend calling your bank and asking for a charge back.

Ordered a jumper (on 24.11.2024) as a gift for Christmas from Famous Jackets (£77) - due to arrive within 8-10 days. I had to chase delivery 3 weeks later and it was only then my order seemed to be processed. It arrived after Christmas (5 weeks after ordering) and what a joke. The “Noel Fielding” jumper was a badly printed image onto a cheap polyester sweatshirt. Not the warm woollen jumper advertised. The neck was so tight it was impossible to get over your head. I complained on the day the item was received and then went into lengthy email communication about my return. Initially I was told to return the item (at my own cost to Pakistan) for a refund - I refused and many, many emails later and offers of 50% and 75% refund plus return of the item (at my own cost) I was given full refund and told to keep the item as the warehouse wasn’t accepting returns. This item was mis-sold, the description of the item on their website and the reason I bought it was simply a lie - during my communication with them, the item was removed from their website. In fairness I eventually got a full refund and they engaged in responding to me, but it took many, many emails and was a time consuming process.

Received the totally wrong jacket, no reply when sent complaint , contact number is fake does.not exist. Contacted several time by email, even sent a letter but no reply. Do not purchase from this company they have proved themselves to be untrustworthy

Ordered the wrong size, my fault! Famous Jackets were very helpful. Replaced my jacket and the new one arrived in good time. Fits perfectly. Cannot fault customer service.

When I ordered from this company, having looked at the address, I thought it was shipping from UK so was quite concerned when I found out that my order was coming from Pakistan. I emailed the company with a request for a prompt delivery due to personal reasons and within a week, received a helpful reply. Once the item had shipped, I was able to track its progress and it arrived before the anticipated delivery date. I was very pleased with the quality of the item (Jack Sparrow Pirates of the Caribbean long coat) and I have to say that my own experience of using this company was positive.

The items advertised are not what you receive. The wool tweed jacket I bought was not wool but a print onto what can only be described as dressing up foam material (supposedly a copy of one worn in the Traitors).

It then took numerous emails to get my full refund. They start by offering you 50%, then 75%,85%, their factory is shut so can't take return, before finally offering full refund. Full refund is on the basis that you give them a 5 star review.

The item arrives from Pakistan not UK based as advertised.

Scam company. Reported To Trading Standards.

These people are complete fraudsters. My jacket was not the fabric as described but a shiny cheap material
It took three weeks to arrive and when I got in touch the next day they eventually got back and made all sorts of excuses to avoid my return. I have tried seven times, emails as this is the only way to contact. They asked me for measurements of the jacket and more which I sent three times as the said they hadn't received They are now giving me the option to purchase another for £30, this cost £89when all I want is a refund. The address given on site is Huddersfield and my parcel came from Afghan. Do not waste your time with this horrendous company

Communication with the company was helpful and they were swift to respond.
It would be fair to say there were quality issues.

I ordered a pink.palm.hoodie for my granddaughter which arrived from.pakistan and cost £65. When it arrived it was far to big and I thought did not look worth £65. I showed my daughter who said I was ripped off as they are on Amazon for £16. That was my mistake and I felt very disappointed that I hadn't checked out other providers properly before ordering from this company.
However the customer service were very pleasant and offered me a partial refund and two other options. I opted for the partial refund to save sending the garment back as I wouldn't have received the Amazon one in time for my granddaughters birthday.
The refund went some way to offsetting the over price but I reckoned I overpaid by £44 for a cheap looking hoodie.

I ordered a coat from this company. It arrived with all its paperwork. Unfortunately I had to give it up as it wasn't the right size for me. My mistake , as I had ordered a bigger size. The admin were very helpful to respond immediately and give me options on how to return the item or get a partial refund. They've been polite and quick in their responses.

The suit received is nothing like the picture and definitely not tweed as described in product description. The sizing is also incorrect, suit received would fit a child. Ordered exactly same suit from a reputable retailer and it’s completely different and as it should be. The suit received is not worth £100+, especially when receipt in packaging also showed it cost the company only $30. Have asked them to rectify but they wont let me return so extremely disappointed even though the issues raised are through no fault of my own.

UPDATE - After perusing and pushing, I have now received a 50% refund for the suit. Although not entirely happy, it was the best option out of what I was given.

I ordered the 'Kate Middleton' coat which cost £99. The item which arrived bore no resemblance to the picture or the description, and didn't match the measurements. After reading other people's experiences on this site I wasn't holding out much hope for any sort of compensation. However, the customer services person I dealt with answered all my emails straight away and did their best to come up with a solution. I was offered a 50% refund (without having to ask) and have kept the coat. The money went straight to my bank account within a few days, which to be honest I was doubtful of.

Ordered twice by mistake and they were kind enough to check with me before sending and processed my refund without any fuss. Very helpful.
