When I watch F1TV and I'm not watching live, autoplay comes on and starts playing in the middle of the qualifiers. Can't turn off autoplay on windows pc.

Why do you use David Valsecchi as a commentator? His voice is piercing and his accent is irritating. Surely there are more suitable candidates??

Paid for F1TV Pro expecting to watch on multiple devices (as promoted), which worked fine until May. Now silently removed unless you pay more. Disappointing experience and poor transparency. Reported to consumer authority. #F1TV #F1

Purchase F1TV app to follow races (due to hospital stays) but never worked. All the races calendars and schedules are there but impossible to watch. Stay away from this app it’s a con. Asked for a refund it was denied. So if there was a zero star rating that would be it.

Verslaggevers zijn prima. Maar wtf doet die reclame tussendoor terwijl ik daar juist bijna €100 voor betaal om géén reclame te willen zien.

Sinds de GP van Japan 2025 het het audio verschil tussen het motor geluid en de boordradio veel te klein waardoor je steeds het motor geluid te hard door het commentaar hoort als je zowel het beeld en geluid van een auto samen met het beeld en geluid van de race aan hebt staan.

I was charged twice for an F1TV subscription – once directly via their website and once via Apple iTunes – and only received access once. Despite providing full documentation, F1TV has refused to refund one of the charges, citing their "internal refund policy."

I live in the Netherlands, and under Dutch Civil Code Article 6:203, any undue (duplicate) payment must be refunded. The statute of limitation is 5 years (Article 3:308 BW), so their internal policy has no legal weight.

I've now filed complaints with ECC Netherlands, the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets, and initiated a chargeback through my bank. I'm also seeking legal advice and will share this publicly to warn others.

It's unacceptable for a global brand like F1TV to ignore European consumer law and force paying customers into legal procedures to get back money that was never owed.

Avoid dealing with F1TV directly – they do not take legal responsibility.

Prijs asociaal verhoogt, kwaliteit asociaal verlaagd!! Loopt al weken vast...

Lots of pumped up thumbnails and "pretty" stuff the technical side lack attention.
You people are betting on the hype of the day, and this is not good long term decision in a sport where the technical stuff is a key component.

The quality of the streaming was bad for the first years and now it got better and all of the sudden they are taking the option to stream on multiple devices out of F1TV-Pro (its been there for over 5 years min.) and you have to buy an upgrade to premuim to get back what you had for years. They also didnt announce it, which is shocking from a cutomer protection point of view.

The presenters and commentary are terrible. Terrible to listen to and even visually. When Palmer or Henchcliff are on it is much better but still not very good. Brundle Jr tries but maybe just needs more time. Very boring personality and not quick on details.

Det er så elendigt. I den første halvdel af et ræs, forsvinder signalet uafladeligt. Jeg tænker at deres server er helt i knæ. Den sidste halvdel af ræset virker skidtet. Vel fordi folk giver op og venter med at se ræset.. Alt i alt: Find en anden løsning.

Rubbish. Pay to subscribe, but that is not for actual races, just for some idiot to talk. Trying to get the actual race is impossible - I gave up after 2 hours. Useless app, waste of money.

Update: I requested my 4 USD refund and was given an 'incident' number. This website is laughable.

The most important job is to provide a perfect streaming experience 2 hours every (other) week… they can’t. Customer service act like they are stupid ( check internet connection, restart device) and will answer you after a few days. I recommend to get some cheap IPTV subscription, they do a better job

This App comes with Foxtel in Australia. Is almost impossible to sign into.There is no autofill when doing email and passwords, not even @gmail.com or even .com so everything typed. Password is hidden so if you make an error you will not know. So after an hour of frustration and no help Chat Line (aamie did try but she is as confused as I am) I get this on my screen. Is it me or is it ambiguous? "SORRY

It appears you have already synchronised an F1 account with a Foxtel ID." So can they or can they not get me going as they say they cannot link my accounts then say they are synchronised. Same thibg you would think??!!

Wat een asociaal bedrijf. Na het afsluiten van een abonnement via Google play kom ik er, via internet, achter dat de app niet op tv's werkt na 2022. Wtf is dat. En als ik het annuleer op googleplay, wordt het toch afgeschreven en zij ze nuet te bereiken voor ondersteuning. Ja, je krijgt dteeds het zelfde automatische mailtje, naar live contact is niet mogelijk zelfs het nummer in Engeland gebeld, die zegt doodleuk, als je f1tv nodig hebt ga naar se site en verbreekt de verbinding. Belachelijk arrogant k-bedrijf.

Kan niet kijken. Blijft hangen. Waaaaardeloos.
Viaplay was al slecht, maar dit slaat echt alles. Krijg ook geen reactie op klacht of vraag om ondersteuning. "Datum van ervaring" voor deze klacht staat maar 1 datum toe om in te vullen. De klacht geld echter voor alle grand prix. Niet aan beginnen!

We enjoy F1 TV and think it is great value for money! Just one question...can you guys please get Ruth Buscombe Divey a stylist? Her hair and clothes are awful, she always looks crumpled and totally inappropriate for a sporting presenter :(

Monopolie, slecht geluid, helft van de tijd loopt het vast en je kan niet eens fatsoenlijk via tv app kijken . Kortom veel te duur en belabberde kwaliteit. Hopelijk komt er nog een betere aanbieder van F1

Geen ondersteuning bij problemen

Uitgesteld kijken begint na pauzeren weer op live
App opent automatisch AirPlay met laatst verbinden apparaat zonder toestemming.
Streamen vanaf een pc naar tv heeft standaard een foutmelding.
