Sinds ze het abbo hebben veranderd, heb ik alleen maar streamings problemen. Foutmeldingen zoals meerdere kijkers... kijk alleen. Waardeloos en daarnaast is de porschecup ook weg. Duur abbo weinig goeds, gaat viaplee achterna

Het ging een jaar goed, en nu kan ik niet inloggen, wachtwoord niet veranderen. Kan gebeuren, maar dit is wel het meest klantonvriendelijke bedrijf waar ik ooit mee te maken heb gehad. Probeer maar een probleem op te lossen. Chatbot die niets weet en in auto-repeat valt. Geen telefonisch contact mogelijk. Een formulier invullen en dan maar zien wat er gebeurd. Daar gaat mijn Brazilie F! weekend.

The app works fine but as soon as you need any help by the Customer service they have no clue where they are or what they are doing. I called the customer service and he barely understood English or anything.

Meget dårligt, virkeligt dårligt, skulle kun have nul stjerner, men da det er det billigste sted man kan se Formel 1 får det en stjerne.

Me acaban de estafar 129 pesos , me aparece activo sin embargo no puede acceder al contenido , menos mal no pague la anual , mucho ojo no regalen su dinero.

F1 tv app werkt niet meer.
Ondersteuning geen enkele oplossing.
Zal mijn jaar abonnement niet verlengen.
Onbetrouwbare bedrijf dat niets onderneemt om problemen op te lossen

Cant use it any more after being my first choice. APPALLING interface, just useless.

I've watched F1 on YouTube in the UK for years, but now I cannot due to some VPN nonsense. It's really disgusting how F1 behaves towards its viewers. I was planning to go to Silverstone next year, but if I cannot see what's happening the rest of the season then what's the point?

Formula 1 in general has gone downhill anyway since the Hamilton/Verstappen disaster and since being pushed to be more commercial in my opinion. It's yet more typical corrupt corporations ruining everything all for greed and control over everything as usual.

How very sad and pathetic. More viewers will go over to Sky and other sports and it will serve you right.

Please change name in F1 Hamilton TV. In fp3 Max has fastest time half way and just 2 seconds exposure.

F1 TV is fantastisch. Nooit storingen en een prima beeldkwaliteit. Nadeel was de prijsverhoging die afgelopen jaar is doorgevoerd. Het jaarabonnement ging van €69 naar €90. Ik heb nu een premium account, kost wel €140 per jaar, maar dan kunnen wekijken op zes apparaten.

Wachtwoorden gelul. F1 tv laat bepaalde leestekens niet toe in een wachtwoord. Een eigen wachtwoord bedenken is dus steeds een probleem. En dus steeds op ieder een nieuw wachtwoord aanmaken die weer niet hetzelfde mag zijn of er op lijken. Al met al een kl…. zootje van wachtwoorden en je kan dus slecht bij je dure abonnement. Wat een monopolist.

Ik had storing en had een flashback van viaplay. Hoe heet het toestel, jaar enz. Toen ik vroeg of ik viaplay aan de lijn had kreeg ik eenees hulp, na de halve wedstrijd gemist te hebben liep alles weer

It's insane that F1TV can afford such level of dishonesty and lack of responsibility considering their size.

They've removed features included in my paid subscription without prior notice, and I am now required to pay additional fees to access the same features I previously had. This constitutes a unilateral change to a paid service, which is considered an unfair commercial practice under EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices.

I hope more people file official complaints about this.

And yes, their support simply does not exist.

To be kind to F1TV, I am going to say that I misread the advertisement. I then wrote for clarification and an explanation. Five days later no response so I wrote again asking for the same clarification. Five days later no response.

I went on line and cancelled my subscription. Two hours later I got a text and was asked why I had cancelled.

Moral of the experience! Hit them in the pocket, then they take notice.

Slechte klantenservice. Wanneer je een vraag hebt krijg je een standaard antwoord. Deze ging helemaal niet over mijn vraag. Al 3 dagen aan het mailen om een antwoord te krijgen. Inmiddels kan ik al dagen niks kijken. Zo ook de race van afgelopen weekend.

Geen beeld en een waardeloze helpdesk!! Dit is gewoon niet leveren wat je beloofd. Jij wordt beroofd als je denkt waar voor je geld te krijgen. Echt niet doen! Neem nord VPN en kijk gratis via Luxemburg Oostenrijk of frtb ... geluid van Olav Mol via radio en je hebt het perfect voorelkaar!

This company should be closed down! Streaming is crap! The film crew has absolutely no idea what they are doing. What a horrible horrible organisation!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

There is literally no customer service. The streaming quality is appalling. I can stream multiple 8K videos on Youtube simultaneously, but F1TV won't even stream at basic HD - even on a REPLAY. The issue is regardless of device - PC (multiple browsers), ROKU TV, Phone, all are impossibly bad to watch. When I signed up 3 years ago this was truly great, now it's a steaming turd. Regretting having renewed this.
