Firstly I was sent an email.to.say I would be sent a three hour window as to when my order was being delivered. I was only sent a message to say delivery is between 7am and 6pm. When my order arrived the outer packaging was all torn the box was very damaged not how I expect my mattress to arrive when spend alot of money on it.

Our next day delivery service is between 7am-6pm, there is no 3 hour time slot with this service which is stated on our shipping email.
We were not notified of your damaged packaging at the time, however we have seen the images from the courier and the damage to the bottom of the box. We can only apologise on behalf of our courier for mishandling the box and it arriving to you in this manner. Our mattresses are double encased in plastic wrapping and the box is there to protect the mattress, should there be any damage at all to your mattress please do get in touch with us at info@ezemattress.com.

Ease of ordering was appreciated. The mattress is top quality. I chose the VIP option so had it delivered to room and they took the old mattress away.
The two lads who delivered the mattress were extremely helpful and friendly.

Just brilliant. Best sleep for years.
Well, firstly, the ordering process was very simple. I needed delivery on a specific day when I was going to be home and this was easily done within the ordering process. I unpacked it and it expanded on my existing divan base and I left it all day to fully expand before making the bed in the evening. I can’t believe how well I slept that night. The best sleep for years, literally. So good in fact, that I ordered another one for the spare room. Absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend the comfort of this mattress and the people at Eze highly enough. I can highly recommend anyone try an Eze mattress.

Lovely mattress and responsive customer care
The ordering process was easy and the information provided helped finalise my decision. The delivery company didn't quite complete everything as initially they didn't take away the old mattress but eze sorted it quickly. Unfortunately the delivery company still didn't take away the packaging. The mattress is very comfortable though!

Not as soft as expected.
We received our mattress promptly and have been sleeping on it for only a week now .
We expected it to be softer than it is but hopefully over time this will be the case .
It’s not uncomfortable but just not as comfortable as we expected.
