Very good service. Ordered sunday night. Arrived Tuesday. Love the way it comes in a box. Fun watching it expand when opened. Lovely thick mattress and early use suggests nice and comfy. Sleeping well. Bought on basis of a Which? Recommendation- seems like a good decision.

Quick efficient service
Quick efficient service. Mattress is fine.
Delivery notification good. Delivery of product was disappointing. We had to call the delivery man to come back and open the packaging and ask him to take away the wrapping material and cardboard, and also take the old mattress which we had paid for removal of. He didn’t speak very good English!

The delivery was very efficient. They unpacked my new mattress and took away the packaging and the old mattress.

However, what amazed me most was the fact that the mattress comes vacuum-packed in an amazingly small pack. Once carefully opened, the mattress expands to its full size. It's super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was easy from start to finish. I had to phone as I’m out with the delivery area though I must admit I wouldn’t call Aberdeen City ‘the highlands’ as it is in Grampian Region. Delivery issue
Four stars as we had paid £50 to have our old mattress taken away but the delivery firm had no record of it and at first said they couldn't take it! However they made a phone and it was rectified. But we give 5* for the mattress having had it for a month. Deeper than we thought but absolutely super.

A bit on the heavy side is the only issue I can see when I need to turn the mattress 😴
