I would highly recommend Craig and his team!!
I come across his company on Google saw he had good reviews. I gave him a Call told him all about my problem. He listened to me go on in a panic, he sounded passionate about his work and helping people. He came to my property and done a heat treatment. He kept me updated throughout the day and supported me through it.
He continues his support after the job and has always been on the other end of the phone for questions, advice and support.

We cannot recommend Craig enough. He is an expert in his field, very reliable and knowledgeable. Super quick to respond, even during late hours or weekends.

We thought we had a problem with bedbugs in our property. Not long into the treatment, Craig already knew these weren't bedbugs that were biting us and got into work trying to figure out the mystery.
Only thanks to his attention to detail and the right equipment, he was able to identify some insect on our plants who happen to be bitting us. They were super tiny and unable to see with the naked eye. Craig had a mini microscope which allowed him to spot the insects.
He was updating us on the progress whilst in the flat, sending us pictures of the work he and his colleague was doing.
We highly recommend his services. He does a fantastic job 👍

In July we found out we had bedbugs & it turned out life’s upside down, any one who has had these bugs will not what I’m talking about, any way we tried our selfes first with a steamer & it didn’t work so we got in touch with a company for the chemical treatment ( long story short they were rubbish so I thought we need to go for the heat treatment I phoned round loads of company’s looked at all the reviews but just didn’t feel happy until I found Craig he was so helpful very knowledgeable & he really understood what we was going through he told me not to rush & take out time but coming of the phone I knew I wanted to use them, so we arranged for Craig to to come round on Tuesday, all over the weekend I was sending texts asking loads of questions & he answered every single one of them & really put me at ease, Craig & his son jay turned up yesterday both really lovely men & made me feel so at ease & I knew I was leaving my home in good hands, Craig kept in touch with me all through out the day & sending videos, this company go above & beyond if I could give more than 5 stars I would, I would definitely recommend Craig & his team, I had the best nights sleep last night & just want to say thankyou to Craig & his son jay from one very happy customer.

We had a bed bug issue over quite a few months and used a local pest control company which only offered chemical treatments. Whilst this did seem to help and reduce the problem, over time the bugs/night time biting kept returning resulting in broken nights of sleep and disruption to normal daily life. After some research, I realised that heat treatment would be the only way forward to completely get rid off the bugs and, after an internet search, found Extreme Bed Bug Control Heat Treatments. After an initial telephone call to Craig who gave great reassurance with his knowledge and experience, and explained the process involved, an appointment was arranged for soon afterwards. On the day, Craig provided a live location which was helpful for his ETA and arrived with his son Jay in a discreet unmarked van. During the treatment, Craig's communication was excellent: keeping us informed throughout the day with WhatsApp messages, photos and videos of the heat treatment process underway with his impressive industrial machines. After months of disruption, we have peace of mind that there are no longer any bugs or eggs about to hatch, and are bite free and able to sleep again! We’ve had an amazing experience with Craig and his team from our first contact with him. We’ve had a terrible bed bug infestation for over 2 years and we had little hope it would be resolved after numerous other treatments with other pest control companies. We saw a huge reduction after just one treatment but Craig returned every time we called to say we’d seen more bugs and retreated the entire flat. We’re so happy we went to Craig and his team and can’t thank them enough for their promptness, reassurance and genuine want to help us sort our problem out.

Craig came around this morning to assess and advise on what we thought was an infestation of mites. He was very thorough in his investigation. He looked at all the surfaces, bedding,sofas etc through his portable microscope. He found no evidence . He did not therefore feel it necessary to heat treat the room. Thus saving us the expense of this service. Neither were we charged a call out fee.very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend his company should you need a thorough professional service.

I called Craig in a slight panic with a suspected case of bedbugs. I’d spoken to a few other companies first who were all pushing me to book a treatment and not aiming in any way to help me diagnose the problem. Craig was completely different. He diagnosed bird mites over the phone and offered to come and locate the nest. He sent videos to help, and was so quick replying to my messages/calls. He came round with his colleague, and explained my options really clearly to me. A couple of days before they were due to visit, I suspected that our infestation was only minor as the bites had started to subside. Craig agreed that it would be good to wait and see before having us needlessly pay for the heat treatment. The mites did end up dying out but I had to leave a review as this was by far the best customer service we’ve had in a long time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Craig! I rarely write reviews , However Craig, and his team have been truly professional, a class act and i can't recommend him enough so i had to leave a review :)

I discovered bedbugs and thru watching craigs videos online, i was able to look properly in the rooms and see if it was in fact bedbugs or something else.

Unfortunately, when i did ultimately identify it was bedbugs, it was a stomach sinking feeling, especially when you have young children in the house.

I visited the companies tiktok channel and looked at their videos/checked reviews and that did give me confidence to reach out.

When you have bedbugs, it's a horrible feeling and when i reached out to Craig, he was understanding, caring and re-assuring.

He explained the next steps and how to prepare the house for his arrival.

He kept me updated until my appointment, which was excellent customer service.

He visited me and it was confirmed - bedbugs! BUT there was 90 eggs approx - just waiting to hatch.

My house is kept clean so this was a HUGE shock - when they seem to appear from no where but Craig has a heart of gold, explained the entire process and even give me updates via messages/videos during the heat treatment process.

I felt confident with Craig and leaving him to look out the house and even having bedbugs is something neighbors can be nosey. So it is a discreet service/setup.

When the heat treatment process was done, craig then explained - what to do next and provided excellent after care.

To the extend of even keeping in touch until this day.

When you have bedbugs, you do lose sleep - so reassurance is welcomed.

So, i would like to personally say a huge THANK YOU to craig and his team for his tremendous help, if you want help, some one trustworthy, some one who knows what they are doing and will get the job done - then honestly reach out to craig - you wont regret it.

Craig was an extremely personable professional. He ensured to provide an immediate response in early hours in the morning for my query and ensured to keep me calm and reassure me of the procedures which need to take place. Unlike previous chemical treatments we consistently had, there was no faff and he was extremely polite to answer hundreds of questions at all times about preparing the house and the problem in general. He answered enquiries immediately and ensured to provide as much detail as possible. Craig ensured to keep us updated with photos, videos and calls throughout the day about everything he is doing and what he has found and ensured to be extremely thorough with his work. So I have had itchy spots on my back and thought I may have been bitten by bedbugs. After a lot of online research I discovered heat treatment was the best thing to resolve the issue. I then went with a company called Rentokil who were extremely persuasive and asked me to pay a great fortune to carry out a heat treatment, as I was desperate I did. Unfortunately, the subcontractor that they used ( who only charge half of what Rentokil did) did not carry out the treatment properly as requested. This is now left me feeling very distressed!

After desperately trying to resolve the issue I came across a TikTok video on bedbugs and I then messaged Craig via Instagram. Since then Craig has been exceptional and has spent considerable amount of time talking to me on numerous occasions via telephone and has offered me sound advice. He mentioned hiring a sniffer dog to see if I do actually have bed bugs. Craig has also recommended other devices for detection and has sent me links as the sticky pads are not always reliable. Craig has always responded swiftly to my messages and offered me FREE advice. He has never attempted to sell me anything and he could have easily said for me to do another heat treatment but has offered me great advice instead. Genuine man who offers excellent customer service. I wish I came across Craig sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted any money, time and energy. Thank you Craig for being kind and genuine, much appreciated!

Huge thanks to Craig and Pat for their help with bed bugs. We called them last minute on the bank holiday long weekend and they came through immediately the next day (during the holiday no less!). They answered all of our questions (since we had never experienced them before) and helped ease our worries. Craig explained the process and kept us up to date throughout the day to ensure we knew what was happening during the process. I couldn’t recommend them more and wouldn’t use anyone else!

Thank you to Craig and his team, we have had a Bed Bug issue for a few months, we have tried various chemicals DIY, and also a reputable pest control company, they did reduce, but always returned gradually, then we came across Extreme Bed Bug Heat Treatments, so we thought we would give it ago, we had never heard about treatments carried out with heat, but I can honestly say, this is the only way forward, Craig kept us updated throughout the day with videos and the process, with the industrial machines he uses, we are now Bed Bug Free, thank you so much and we will highly recommend you to friends or family
