I recently purchased a custom mink virgin wig, and I’m so impressed! Communication with the seller was excellent, and shipping only took about a week and a half, which is great for a custom-made wig.

The hair quality is amazing—true to length, with full ends, and it feels like butter. It moves beautifully, with very little tangling or shedding, which is completely normal. If you’re looking for high-quality bundles that last and look flawless, I highly recommend shopping with her.

Ridiculously long shipping times, girls stay away from all these tiktok UK girls hair brands they’re all the same no matter how much they try and say their different to other brands, they are i repeat ALL the same. Stick to aliexpress.

Customer service is honestly terrible. So I ordered a raw hair wig from this company last month after seeing it advertised on TikTok. I proceeded to DM the owner to sort out my order, communication was great at this point. Received the pre made wig which was a 13x6 28inch Frontal wig. The quality of the hair itself was good to be honest but the construction was not. The wig was over plucked and over bleached. The main issue was that the over plucking left tracks visible at the back which unfortunately I did not notice until I had cut the lace and customised the wig. After several back and forth via email the owner Efya Mensah refused to offer a partial refund or a replacement wig. The refusal of the partial refund was due to "policy" and the refusal of the replacement wig was due to the fact that the wig had been customised by me and was not in resalable condition which is fair enough. She offered a £100 store credit but after I expressed that I was not happy with this her last words in the email was and I quote "I believe I have clearly explained our position, and I will not be replying to further emails on this matter." - With no choice in the matter, I then emailed back on the 3rd and 4th July letting her know that her account tab of her website is not working and I have no way of accessing the store credit. She has kept to her word and has not responded to any email as @ 11th July 2024. So the offer was obviously not honoured and nothing has been done to rectify my experience with this company. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a UK hair vendor and I will NOT be shopping with them again.
