Dropshipped me a fake fur coat for what i paid 350euro, and they told me it was real fur. They better send me my money back before their whole reputation will be ended.

I've bought loads of fur coats from bellaluxe. The quality has always impressed me especially as they're affordable for what you get. Any time I've had any questions the customer service team reply quickly (usually the same day) and are really helpful and polite. Deliver time is very quick too. I will continue to shop here in the future n would recommend other people to as well ❤️

I had an awful experience with Bella Luxe. This company is basically a dropshipper — they source cheap dresses from Alibaba.com and ship them directly to customers without being transparent about it. The dress I received was terrible quality and looked nothing like the pictures advertised on their website.
When I reached out to customer service, they initially said they would refund my shipping costs because of the poor quality, but they never did. Now they’ve stopped responding altogether.
Save yourself the frustration — Bella Luxe sells poor quality products, misleads customers, and has terrible customer service. Absolutely would not recommend.
Awful company I ordered a dress January 23rd 2025 and it says shipping takes 2-5 days I am still waiting for the dress I emailed them stating I no longer want the dress look how long it’s taking and then when it doesn’t think I ain’t paying for it .
Also I received a pleated skirt and it comes with Chinese tags on it.
