Do not use this company. They are scammers. Although the repairman was good the first time he came. When I ordered the part and make a partial payment I had to file a dispute on my credit card to get my money back. Everytime the service was scheduled for the part repair. There was an excuse. Again I repeat do not use this company. They are unprofessional and scam artists

They act like scam pirates - they have no interest in repairing appliances but make money taking deposits and fees whenever and wherever they can... When I told them I had canceled the parts order because they didn't deliver, the answer was "So can I take your credit card details to process the payment of the invoice?!" I don't understand how they can continue to operate in this way - they need to be shut down ASAP! Thank goodness VISA will return the money to your card when you get scammed!
The Manager, Michelle, is a chronic liar, the company a big fraudulent scam.
After our initial call to repair a 4-year-old stove in one of our rentals, the repair man just did not show for a week. Once he did show, he diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part. He eventually showed up again to do the repair just to find out he ordered the wrong part. So, he explained that he can get the right part from stock and that he will be back next day. Well, next day he called to tell us that it will be several weeks after all to get a correct part.
So, since this was a rental unit and we like to take care of our tenants, we cancelled the service and purchased a new stove with the idea to have it fixed elsewhere and keep the stove as a spare.
We then asked for our money back that we had to pay in advance for the parts.
It took several weeks and multiple tries to get a hold of the only manager (Michelle) authorized to reimburse any money. She promised to review our file and to get back to us. After again a couple of weeks, we were finally able to get her on the phone and she explained that she can only reimburse the parts cost minus a restocking fee. Again, first the wrong part ordered by them and the second part never arrived. Since she (Senior Manager Michelle) insisted that it was either that way or nothing at all, we agreed just to get this over with. Michelle also said that this way she could pay immediately.
Nothing happened, so after two week we called again and were told that she will release the payment to go out on the following Friday. (two days later).
Nothing happened again so we called again and left messages. She eventually called us back and let us know that she just mailed a cheque to the apartment where they were asked to do the repair to our attention. This is now 3 weeks later and of course no cheque ever arrived.
Stay away from this company as far as you can. Never, under no circumstances trust them with a single penny.
No service, chronic lies, total scam.
I am not writing this in anonymity, please call me any time if you wish to confirm what I am saying.
The repair was supposed to be done at our appartement on Broadway Ave. in Orangeville.

I woke up on Aug. 2, to a broken LG fridge. Called LG repair, but the 3 authorized repair shops were not able to come. In looking for a solution, I ended up calling Express. To be fair, the repair man came that morning. He said it was a bad compressor. It needed replacement that would take 3 to 4 business days and he asked for $300 deposit.
Calling the office was a joke. They either put us on hold, or never came back. Wanting to talk to the repairman was ignored. The compressor didn't arrive at the shop until August 13th! We were told the next day the man would come. I took a day off to wait for the man, but he never showed up! The following day, August 15th, he arrived. He had brought the wrong part!!! No apologies.
I was furious thinking I had lost 2 days pay, and the fridge was still out. I called Express and told them I was cancelling. A manager would call me back.
The following day, Michelle, the apparent person in charge, called me. She asked me why was I cancelling when they had the right part. And I had it! If the original piece had taken 11 days for it to arrive, how could they have the right compressor at a moment’s notice?
Needlesss to say, they had the chutzpah to charge me $227 for not having repaired the fridge.
Luckily I was able to get the LG repair to come on the 16th to fix the unit. There was another problem: the mother board had been damaged, so, even with the right compressor they wouldn’t have repaired it.
Judging by the many complaints in this forum, and based on our experience, I would stay away from dealing with this people. They are not honest and have no regard for the customer in need.
I had a very bad experience with them, they did not succeed to repair my dishwasher after 2 times they came and 2 expensive payments. After just few days since the second reparation the machine did not work again, they came back and did another estimate of expense to try another way to repair the machine!! At the end I bought a new machine after that I spent 700 dollars to try to repair the old one. I asked for a sort of reimbursement because my machine never worked anymore since their intervention but they did not get any money back.
At 2024 July first week, I required Express Repair to replace my old dishwasher with a new and suitable dishwasher, Express Repair's inspector came to my home to watch the site and suggested a new dishwasher but with a wrong size. When Express Repair's installation team installed the new dishwasher, I found it could not be located in the original position, and the dishwasher body still had 7 cm outside of the original location under the cupboard. When I required Express Repair to correct the installation or change to another maker's product, the Express Repair's customer service gave me an irrelevant answer to avoid my request. During the installation, Express Repair's team always talked Russian among themselves and with their office, so I did not understand their discussion. Later on I continued to require Express Repair to correct and fulfill the installation until 2024 September first week, I was finally told that this service had already been in 3 months, and their service expired, though only 2 months passed. I felt very disappointed to the service and concluded that Express Repair is a bad company.
Company quoted a rediculous price for repairing my dryer but as they were there already I told them to go ahead and my wife trusted them. Parts marked up 300%..but paid it before I found out. However, as they stated the repair charge was per call, my wife and I decided to get the leak in the refrigerator fixed at the same time. At no time did they say this was extra as it was verbally stated they charge a flat rate for the call, no matter how much work there is. Even so, we did expect a minor upcharge for the extra work which took about 1/2 hour to an hour. Shouldn't be much, as they're already here. But 116% over the already bloated quote was too high not to complain about the experience. It would have been cheaper for me to just have them fix the dryer and come back tomorrow to repair the refrigerator. As their head office made no attempt to fix this obvious gouge , I can only assume they encourage this type of behavior with their dealers. They also showed my wife an invoice. It stated invoice on the document, but it was a disguised quote which was offered after the service was made. Nobody has a problem signing an invoice so my wife signed it not realizing they needed this document signed so the customer couldn't come back later and dispute the cost as they charged what was quoted. It even says on the "invoice" The customer will think about it". How's that possible if the diagnostics and repair have already been made? Neat trick when the quote is given after the service is done and then getting it signed by calling it an invoice. By using the document in this way, they can say the customer authorized the price on the repair after thinking about it, even though the repair was already made. Disguising it as a quote by calling it an invoice so the customer won't resist signing it when it comes time to pay is simply dirty play. They never would have gotten away with this if I didn't have a stroke last year, but admittedly I'm just not as quick as I used to be and was taken advantage of. My doctor suggested I leave this alone. as getting too agitated my give me another. Also, as many people have had negative experiences with this company, they obviously don't care. They are just laughing all the way to the bank until they find the next sucker...which you are if you give them your business. Marketplace needs to know what these guys are doing. The experience I had was with the Winnipeg location.
Horrible customer service. Had an appointment for 12-2. The tech called and said they arrived at 11. I wasn’t home and could t do the repair because I had a family member end up in the hospital and rushed out the house to go. The rep called me and I explained to her I cannot do it due to family emergency and she proceeded to tell me I should’ve let them know 3 hours before. How can I call 3 hours ahead when I got a call that my family member was in an accident?!? On top of that no one called to confirm the tech was on the way or that he would be an hour early. She then proceeded to be nasty and rude and tell me how I unconvinced them and that they are going to charge me. I told them I will not pay it since this was out of my hands and it was an emergency. They sent me an invoice for $120 which their website said $99. Under certain circumstances this would be waived but the nasty mean lady had no ounce of compassion or empathy only thing she was worried about was how I wasted their time.
Sent them an email stating I won’t pay and will not pay. I work in the industry and when things like this happen that is out of our control, we understand. These people have no heart or understanding. I pray that nothing happens to their family members but how do you treat someone dealing with a serious circumstance so disrespectfully and rude.
Also, tech came outside or schedule so not my problem he decided to show up an hour + earlier than originally without no notification. Guess time frames don’t matter to these people. Even the tech was rude when I said I’m at the hospital.

I wish I would have done my homework and researched this company. It's not an actual repair company. It's a call center that farms the work out to other technicians, and they never let you speak with the technician. Plus, they tried to charge me $250 for a stove part I found on amazon for $42. Go with a true local company in Brooklyn.
I had a leaking hose on my fridge. I diagnosed the issue and even suggested the repair to tech. Parts were max. $10. He spent 30 mins doing the work. The cost was $310 plus taxes, plus credit card charge. Will never use them again.
I had an express repair technician coming over to fix my dryer, and although the dryer is working the light that is turned on/off when the door opens/closes is not working. Contacted express repair just to be told that if this is the same problem it is covered, otherwise it's a new call. The original call was about the noise the dryer was making. Now it's the lamp that was working and it's not but I'm not willing to pay for another visit!
This is the first time I've ever written a negative review in my life. Michelle should not be in customer service at all, let alone be the manager. She is unprincipled, unreasonable, and condensing who does not know how to take accountability or ownership when there is a error made and the client provides all backup required that the company made an error and yet will bot reimbursement me for the overcharge of my bill. I had written am email that I had to follow up multiple times and had attached clear cut all the back up. You can listen to our call that was taken on Dec 20th at 12:50pm at and you can judge for yourself, and you should take actions on how she should be reprimanded accordingly.
If I could give 0 starts I would. On their website it advertises free service call and $35 off. No work was performed, the tech was there for 10 mins and charged me $137. I called their office because when I initially booked the service I asked "whats the cost of the service call" and they said I'll get quoted on the spot assuming I only will get charged for the work to be done. They also didn't honour the $35 off discount which they said "$35 off, with purchase of service" again not advertised correctly on their website
Called this company for a microwave repair and technician had no idea how to even access the components on the microwave. Once he did, he used an electrical meter and told us that the microwave needed a new panel. I asked him to check the fuse and he refused saying it wasn't a fuse issue. I felt very uncomfortable about him doing any kind of diagnostics so I told him to leave. A second company came out a few days later and the issue was, in fact, a fuse as well as a couple of other small components. The tech said if he had replaced the front panel the microwave would not have worked. I called the company to get my money back for the service call and they agreed to refund me however it has been a month of getting the run-around and still no refund. Stay away from this company!!
Would give less than 1 star if possible. Technician was here for 25min total for a dishwasher repair and without a quote prior to starting the job. Then told it would be $270 on the spot when he was done. Customer service was extremely rude in trying to resolve and get fair pricing for the simple job that required no extra parts.

Had a service call on Dec 28 for my Insight Pro Sharp microwave. Tech found a burnt out “Noisy filter”. Tech was good, said it would take about a week for part to arrive. I placed the order to replace the part on Dec 29. I have since called twice asking for ETA, and surprise surprise they can’t provide one. Called again on Jan 20 and now they say it’s a special order part and needs to be manufactured, still no ETA. I have never heard of a part supplier not being able to provide ETA…and the fact that I was never notified that this was now a special order part is ridiculous. How does a company claim to be an ‘express repair’ shop. They are quick to send a tech, they are quick to take your money, but there is ZERO express when comes to the actual repair.
Express Repair, where do I even begin?
Your service has been nothing but a major headache. I called for help with my broken stove, your technician came (which I paid for the initial visit) and diagnosed the issue and said a part was needed and he promised to order it. He claimed it will take 6-8 weeks. Weeks turned into months, and still no part. Thirteen weeks later, I called for an update, they promised to visit the following week but never showed.
After running out patience, I purchased another stove and called them to cancel the service call. To add insult to injury, they made sure to charge me half the price of the initial quote for a part that never arrived.
When I cancelled the service and disputed the charge , they started harassing me via phone, emails and even threatened to send the invoice to a collection agency.
Their behavior was unprofessional, to say the least. I definitely do not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and hire another company.
There is only one word : EXCELLENCE !

I called for Expree Repair’s services because my refrigerator was not cooling and need an emergency repairs. The technician came on time, but the diagnose was totally wrong. I was told the problem was Freon leaking and it will cost $2500 to repair therefore it is better to change a new refrigerator . I paid the diagnose fee of $134 and let him go.
I called the manufacturer to doubt that a refrigerator used only 5 years should be replaced because of not cooling. Actually the other day it was repaired by the manufacturer’s technician after changing only one part and cost me only $377. The problem is not Freon leaking!
What if I listen to suggest of technician from Express Repair?! Never ever!
DO NOT use this company. The so-called “technician” did not correctly diagnose a faulty fridge compressor (which I believe was an intentional misdiagnosis to sell more parts/service). After 5 visits, $400, 4 replacement parts, 3 months, and hours on the phone, I was left without a working fridge and no further service: They apparently cannot fix compressors! I called a real repair company and it took a real technician 5 minutes to identify the problem. So please save your time, money, and frustration and do not engage with this company no matter what they offer. I wish I had read the online reviews beforehand, but lesson learned! If this review can save even one person from this company then it will be worth it. Everyone involved with this company should be ashamed of themselves.
