Excellent pick up with Excelsior Cars. Amo was easy to get in touch with via Whatsapp on arrival at Birmingham Airport, very helpful and informative. I would definitely use them again, the next time I am in Birmingham.

Turned up on time for pre booked trip to Airport, even at half three. We got to the Airport without any hassle or stress.

Shak was a great driver, was easy to get in touch with and kept us up to date with his location. Vehicle was clean and big enough to accommodate 6 of us and all of our luggage. There was a pile up of traffic on the way to the airport and Shak managed to avoid most of it, making sure we got to the airport in time for our flight

....its a long story but we were in Malta due to return home & there was not going to be a hire car available for us when we landed at 22:00 on a Saturday night!

Googled companies local to where I live & none we available (or willing!)

Contacted Excelsior via the web anxiously waiting for a response. Reply with a summary was very quick, followed by a phone call to confirm details & ask if any additional services were required. Confirmation was received soon after.

Another anxious wait overnight - would they turn up? Will I be stuck on the side of the road?
Following morning got message from Kamar to say he was the deignated driver & he would see us at 10pm, that was very reassuring.

On landing, another message to say let him know once we had collected luggage. Fantastic!!

Leaving the terminal we walked a short distance to the agreed meeting point & within a few minutes this guy arrived in a nice clean car & he was full of smiles.

The journey home seemed very short, mainly due to the light conversations we had on the way.

All in all, an excellent experience!

We had our return journey with Excelsior and was once thrilled again with the amazing service we received. Our driver Rocco was once again a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful journey. We would definitely recommend this firm!

We used excelsior cars to take us to bhx when we went on holiday ant to take us back home . Picked up on time both ways nice drivers clean cars safe drivers great service would recommend and I’ll use again

Rocco drove us from Birmingham to Cornwall & it was a wonderfully relaxing way to start our holiday.
The car was so clean & comfy & Rocco was very friendly, polite & most helpful.

I aways use excelsior for airport runs now. Nice size taxis at a decent price and they are always friendly and on time. Also one of the few services that will provide a child seat as well.

Shak the driver very professional and attentive.
Had a few texts from drivers for our early morning inward flight advising us of their name and number, how ever with a 4 hr delay from Dalaman we eventually arrived at 04.30 to be met by Abid with no fuss or bother.
Cant recommended Abid and Excelsior cars enough,does what he says with very reasonable prices takes all the stress of getting too and back from the airport.
