Kamran was very kind and, despite the early morning hours, he picked me up at the airport right on time. The cost was more economical than other taxi companies. I am sure I will use their service again when I return to Birmingham.

Great service
Great service, last minute booking due to train strike. Brilliant comms, knew exactly where to meet directly outside arrivals. Our driver kamran was really lovely, good chat and felt very safe. V knowledgable about the route etc. great decision to use - efficient service. Had a quote online which was reasonable compared to some others. Highly recommend.

First class service by Kamran both ways. He was very polite & professional taking us to & collecting us from Birmingham airport. Our return flight landed at 3am & Kamran contacted us as soon as we landed as promised. Great communication made for a completely stress free airport drop off & collection two weeks later.
Fantastic first time experience using Excelsior Cars & we will definitely be using them again for our next holiday abroad. Highly recommended. Well done.

Excellent service both pre-journey and the pick up itself. Never used before but would definitely use again, and would recommend. Our flight was monitored to ensure smooth pickup, driver Nas was friendly, on time and very efficient.

Great service at a fair price
I've used Excelsior Cars quite a few times. Service has always been top notch, with good quality cars and at a reasonable price. They accommodated our delayed flight, landing in the middle of the night with no problems. Drivers are always really courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excelsior Cars - amazing service
Have just used Excelsior Cars for a return trip from Kings Norton to Birmingham Airport. Shaq was our driver for both trips. Excellent service, very prompt and managed to fit all our luggage plus 7 passengers in with no problem. Would highly recommend.

First class service from both drivers.! Shak arrived 10 minutes early, he was very polite and helpful when taking us to Birmingham airport. Our return flight landed at 3am.! Once landed we received a text straight away from Kamran with instructions of what to do and again he was very polite chatty and helpful.
Fantastic first time experience using this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.!
