Extremely poor service. I think the local courier delivery man is at fault. Tried to complain about him, but you cannot speak to a human. All parcels through March are undelivered by him on his round.... Mehr ansehen

They always fail to deliver

They always fail to deliver - - they are impossible to contact in person - they should not be allowed to continue operating - they are useless - incompetent - crooked - employ drivers who make it up as they go along. They really should not be in business - and anyone who volutarily uses them deserves to be ripped off - people should know better - AVOID THESE CROOKED BASTARDS

Do not buy from sellers who use Evri

Do not buy from sellers who use Evri. Guaranteed goods are stolen as too much orders are goingmisding and on a regular daily basis. Read reviews other than Trust pilot to get a true picture of Evri. No communication apart from computer response. Yes they may get lower wages but they are stealing peoples orders.My response to my email to the Director of Evri nil...

Why do so many companies use this…

Why do so many companies use this appalling company? I can’t even be bothered to detail all the many deliveries which have been simply dumped outside/inside my block of flats without any attempt to actually come to my door, I’m very fortunate to have honest neighbours who undertake to bring them to me but this is simply unacceptable.

evri lost my parcel when it was next…

evri lost my parcel when it was next day delivery, tried to get in contact with them several times and i was ignored 2 weeks later still don’t have my parcel between them and footasylum where i ordered from the whole experience has been so unprofessional and neither have dealt with it

EVRi one a loser

They should have retained their original identity,Hermes. Because without fail this current mob screw up EVRI time. Hands down, aside from DHL this lot are just appalling clueless bunch of cowboys and cowgirls.

Another failed delivery from Evri.

Had an email from evri this morning to say my parcel was out for delivery between 6pm and 7pm. A further email was sent at 6.53pm to say that the parcel will now be deliver between 7pm and 8pm. A final email was sent at 7.26pm to say that there has been a delay with the delivery and they will let me know when the parcel will be delivered.
This is not the first time this has happened when I was expecting a delivery from Evri. I get the feeling that the couriers in my area stop working at 8pm and any parcel they still have to deliver will be delivered at a time that is convenient to them.
I can't understand why businesses use Evri to deliver their parcel when they are so unreliable.

Multiple bad experiences with Evri

I wish everyone would stop using this delivery service to send parcels. 1st experience with Evri, my parcel was delivered to a locker however I did not receive a QR code till about 3 days later so had no way to access my parcel. Currently waiting for two deliveries, one of which seems to be lost in transit more that 10 days after it's been sent and another that was paid for to be next day delivery, now the ETA is set for 4 days later (2 days after the order was placed). PLEASE STOP USING THIS CARRIER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a hedge trimmer from Amazon the delivery company was Evri and once again Evri have let me down my parcel never turned up now I have to wait days before I can get my money back so I can order another one from another company .again I am not happy😡

I sent a parcel using evri via the post…

I sent a parcel using evri via the post office. The tracking function shows there was one failed attempt to deliver, but no others. Two weeks later, no update and no way of contacting evri to find out more. The chat function is just a sham - it merely repeats the same info, and there is no interaction with a human. The post office can’t help, as they are just an agent.

Useless couriers

I would give zero if there was one, I’ve been waiting for 10 days for Ervi to collect a parcel and return it to easy life however they are incapable of doing this yet their tracker says it’s been collected. I don’t know how this company stays in business and why do companies keep using them for deliveries don’t they realise it’s giving them a bad name .

If there was 0 star that is what I would give them, they deliver to other people's address or just return the parcel to sender without attempting delivery. I hate when companies use them to deliver goods especially when charging the customer.

Everything is fine until there is a problem!

We get numerous parcels from Evri and never had cause to complain until I took delivery of a parcel I had paid for and insured of vintage family china. When the sturdy and heavily bubble wrapped box marked fragile arrived it looked very squashed, it had clearly been manhandled as a layer of china was smashed into smithereens. I lodged this via a Chatbot and was told I would receive a reply in 24 hours. Yes I did but “Sophie” from customer service keeps asking if my package has arrived yet. Or if I have asked neighbours!! Have repeatedly followed this up asking how to progress the claim but days later am still asked if it’s arrived! Am beginning to get very very annoyed at these mindless follow ups. Adds insult to injury for vintage pieces annihilated by mishandling. If anyone is out there from Evri who is not an automaton please deal with this H00FRA0002294705 250507- 030323. All delivery details have been provided repeatedly

2 weeks later

Dozens of email chase ups - no reply. No way of making a claim because the request for the relevant documentation not answered. A truly awful service.

Have lodged a claim to Barclays for the visa payment which included insurance, which I clearly have not been able to use. Let’s see where that takes us. Considering an approach to the Financial Ombudsmen for the failure to activate the insurance I paid for.

Have rarely encountered such bare faced indifference

Update 14 June

The initial response from Parcelcompare/ evri to my Barclays complaint was to dispute it because the parcel had been delivered. Strange that, when the last word from Evri was that they were “ investigating” the non delivery. Scores of emails asking how to claim for the damage have never received any acknowledgement! Didn’t feel they should be allowed to get away with it so sent all the correspondence to Barclays and pointed out I had paid for a service I never had, ie delivery of a parcel protected in the event it arrived damaged. Eureka! Got a refund of the postage costs today so proves that even if this disgraceful outfit can avoid paying for the damage some recompense is possible. Took some effort but felt this appalling organisation should not receive a penny!

Evri Delivered Damaged, Lied About It, Ignored the Complaint. Evri Is Failing Customers and the Law my parcel in a…

Evri delivered my parcel in a disgraceful condition. The box was crushed, ripped, and dumped in a communal stairwell without knocking or leaving a card. The label even said “Heavy – Handle With Care,” which was clearly ignored.

I contacted both the retailer and Evri with photographic evidence, including Evri’s own delivery photo, proving the parcel was left in that condition. Pets at Home later refunded me in full due to Evri’s delivery failure.

Evri then responded to my complaint twice claiming the parcel was “still on the way” and that they were working to get it delivered. This was days after it had been left at my door and after I’d already received a refund. They clearly hadn’t read the complaint—or chose not to.

Instead of investigating, they sent copy-paste template replies, ignored every fact I provided, and continued updating the tracking with false information. I submitted a formal complaint through Resolver, provided photo evidence, and detailed the entire situation. Still nothing but irrelevant messages and evasion.

This isn’t just incompetence. This is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires delivery services to handle goods with reasonable care and skill. Evri clearly did not.

This is not an isolated case. One look at reviews here and on other platforms shows the same themes over and over—damaged parcels, false updates, ignored complaints, and no accountability.

Evri failed in every way
• Unsafe and negligent delivery
• Lied about parcel status
• Ignored formal complaint and evidence
• Refused to take responsibility
• Broke their legal obligations under consumer law

If you’re reading this while considering using Evri, think very carefully. If they mishandle your delivery, you will be stuck chasing them around in circles while they send automated replies.

If Evri or Trustpilot require a parcel number to “verify” this review, I’m happy to provide it privately. But I won’t be posting my 16-digit parcel reference on a public platform.

EVRI/HERMES ARE BLOODY UNBELIEVABLE!!

WHY? OH WHY? DO PEOPLE USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!! IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY REBRAND THEMSELVES, THEY WILL ALWAYS BE A CRAP COMPANY. YET AGAIN THEY HAVE LOST ANOTHER ONE OF MY PARCELS, THEN LIED IN THERE EMAIL IT WOULD BE DELIVERED, AND IT HASN'T, NO SURPRISE THERE THEN!! ABSOLUTE IDIOTS, THE WORST COMPANY ALONG WITH YODAL, I WOULDN'T PISH ON THIS COMPANY IF IT WERE ON FIRE, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

rubbish

When they were My Hermes, they were rubbish. Some bright spark came up with the idea that changing their name to Evri would fix all their issues. Not so! They're far worse now because they haven't addressed the underlying issues with their staff. With My Hermes, some parcels would go missing, now EVRI parcel goes missing!
