mural was outstanding printed on High quality paper which was fantastics to work with.

Order the paper and after 4 weeks nothing . No communication. This is a Chinese company who are basically advertising as a UK company . Stay away. I complained to PayPal who have just refunded my money. Another case of Chinese companies lying to get money from unsuspecting UK citizens

After waiting for over a month, I still have not received confirmation when my mural will be despatched and even though I message daily, I’ve had no response.its a Chinese company with a fake UK address. I assume it’s a scam and will be perusing a refund via PayPal.

If I could I would give 3.5 stars! The whole process is not quite worthy of 4 stars, but is probably slightly better than 3!!!

I bought the wallpaper in March as I was given a very good offer. The wallpaper was only hung in June as the decorator was VERY busy!

I opted for a mural for one wall & colour coordinated secondary walls.

The mural is excellent, & the numbered strips (which were completely out of order!) make it easy to hang correctly.

My first “beware”….. The paper for the secondary walls took a lot of working out! The measurements given for each wall are printed exactly to the cm, & the strips are already cut. One wall had 7 full strips & 1 strip which was 10cm wide. Instead of printing the colour on the whole strip, the colour was exactly 10cm wide & the rest of the strip was white!! If you order secondary wallpaper allow plenty extra, they don’t even give you 1cm extra!!!

My other”beware” is that everything came from China, NOT the UK.
Even the ridiculously expensive 3 x A4 samples (£24 + £8.99 shipping) came from China, which means it takes a long time to arrive. The 7-10 days quoted for my wallpaper order actually took nearly 4 weeks.

In summary: the mural wallpaper is excellent, the secondary wallpaper is confusing & with no extra allowance, & everything comes from China

Ordered a mural for our kitchen wall. The paper arrived from China. The quality of the print was awful. Really pixilated and not as described. The wallpaper cost over £300 and I was completely disappointed. I contacted their email support, and entered a forced negotiation process for the wallpaper to be discounted which I was not satisfied with. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved that they offered a refund however I have been lumbered with the costs of return postage. They were really difficult to deal with. I placed a negative review on their website for it to be removed. Avoid at all costs.

Great service! Our first shipment unfortunately arrived damaged, after a request to Everwallpaper the wallpaper was replaced free of charge and sent a second time! Thank you very much

Terrible terrible customer service. I was suspicious even before placing the order but now I’m even more certain after reading the reviews that this is not a legit Uk based company. I have placed my order and I would like to have it canceled within 24 hours as per the website policy. Because even after placing the order, customer service is very suspicious. If my order isn’t canceled and a full refund, not processed then this will be not legal and I will take up further action.

I would do no stars if I could. My elderly mum took a liking to one of the mural wallpapers. After measuring up it came to £344, we tried to put her off but she wanted it. We chose this website as we assumed it was a uk based company but we were shocked when we had to wait 3 weeks for the paper to arrive from China. My brother has over 40 years of painting and decorating experience and at first glance said the paper wasn’t right but we had faith and he put it up. Within 24 hours it had shrunk loads and was peeling back off the wall. When contacting the company my mum was told they could send a replacement but it would be another £80!!! She’s 86 and doesn’t have money to burn. Of course now she is £344 down with nothing to show for it, would we pay another £80 to get possibly more substandard paper? I don’t think so. I would AVOID this company.

I recently had a mixed experience with EverWallpaper through their site everwallpaper.co.uk. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive, especially Joey, and the pre-order mock-up photos were helpful in visualizing the wallpaper. However, the delivery from China took longer than expected, and the pattern alignment was problematic, requiring overlap to fit. The color was also duller than expected. While they initially offered a refund, the process was frustrating, and I had to cover return costs. Despite some issues, the peel-and-stick feature worked well for my baby's nursery, and it added a nice touch. Overall, it's a mixed bag.

I had chosen EverWallpaper firstly because they appeared to be in the UK but it now looks like they have removed the London address and UK phone number, Secondly because I liked one ponticular mural so I placed my order.

I then got emails from a China about my order
It had taken much longer than promised but I was patient

I then proceeded to hang the wall paper and found the pattern did not line up unless it was overlapped which was very very annoying. I had no choice but to hang the four drops I had already pasted it.

I would like to add "I have been hanging wallpaper for almost forty years and never had this problem"

I contacted the company they requested photos so I sent them, they at first offered 10% refund and 50% discount off my next order I again pointed out the wall paper did not line up and it is not fit for purpose

They again apologised and said "We have confirmed with the factory that we printed the wallpaper as a whole piece and then cut it afterwards, so the possibility of the wallpaper not aligning is extremely low" then offered me 30% refund

They also wanted me to pay to have it sent back to china knowing I had already hung it on the wall

I reluctantly accepted their offer as it was just going on too log but made the following points

Firstly, You have a London address, you pretend to be in London but expect your customers to ship it to china at their expense if there is a error

Secondly, It is impossible to return something when it has been covered with wallpaper paste

Thirdly, This paper I can assure you was not cut from one piece it definitely definitely did not align

Now They are saying they are going back on the 30% for the printing error and I will get nothing at all

Enquiries were answered promptly and the team were very helpful in their guidance, especially Joey. The pre-order mock up photos were great and provided a sense of how the wallpaper would look in situ. The wallpaper which I ordered, which has now been hung, is virtually identical to the image sent over pre-order.

The lack of wow factor was really disappointing, and I don't think I'll be using it at all. It did not arrive on time.
