Beware of sequins going everywhere.
The service was excellent. The price was reasonable. The article itself is poor quality. When I took it out of the packaging there was sequins everywhere. I really don’t know if I will be able to use the table runner as I think the venue won’t be too happy with sequins everywhere.

I ordered 5 balloons in red
I ordered 5 balloons in red, white & blue for street party. The white ones were supposed to have the Union Jack on. I paid extra for quick delivery. When they turned up they were really small & no sign of the Union Jack.
I contacted customer services who at first offered me a partial refund of 10% if I could still use them!
Then i was offered replacement balloons, but they couldn’t guarantee I would get them by Friday, so I politely declined.

Antwort von EventDecorShop
I'm very sorry to hear that there was a picking error with your order. I have reviewed the contact with our CS team and see that they did offer to provide a replacement but you declined. Therefore, by way of an apology and a goodwill gesture I have processed a full refund.
We hope that you have a very successful and enjoyable street party!
