My order arrived incredibly fast. Bought my item on Monday and I was at my door by Wednesday. Very satisfied with the product and delivery.

Would highly recommend amazing store. After we got let down by another shop I contacted Kings Baby Shop via phone spoke with an extremely helpful woman who was able to tell me exactly what was in stock. Made an order for a full travel system which arrive two days later. Couldn’t ask for more. Really dug us out of a tight spot and very reasonably priced.

I had a fantastic experience with kings baby shop, I bought this item for a Christmas present for my grandson and was on time . Can't wait for him to open the present he will love it as he likes lights and music .

When my delivery was due i got a delivery slot, then I got a call from the driver to say how long they would be, he was polite on the phone, then when they turned up I asked them to take the things upstairs for me they didnt hesitate they did so,they were polite and respectful

Item delivered fast, no problems. Would order again.

Great experience. The item would take a few weeks to arrive (it was marked on the website, so I already knew), but they contacted me to let me know of the waiting time. It ended up arriving in half the predicted time.
I’ll be buying with them again!

After placing an order ,but didn’t receive, they quickly rectified the problem and sent another item straight away.thankyou I have received it.

Great service, prices and delivery. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Great selection of products in store, helpful staff to demonstrate everything and so easy to shop online also.

I received it in good time before I went away and was given clear delivery information.

Brilliant customer service.
Rang the store as I couldn't find a particular colour option for a car seat and they were able to add it within minutes to their website.
I then couldn't find the bundle I was looking for and they emailed me a link while on the phone.
The 10 percent discount made what I was looking for cheaper than anywhere else.
Also fast shipping on a large item that was out of stock everywhere else till September so I was delighted to come across kings baby shop.

Excellent team and so quick to respond and help.

Great experience, purchases delivered fast. Would recommend

I received my egg pram bundle however there was my egg blanket missing and my car seat had scratches on. I emailed them about this and have been ignored very frustrated as I spent a lot of money and they didn’t even have the decency to email me back

Amazing customer service and really quick delivery

Great event! Informative, concise information from a professional, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Great treats too!

I ordered a gift for someone from this website and received the wrong product. I was not reimbursed for the cost to return it, even though their customer support team advised me I would be.

Excellent good pieces good items and very fast shipping and great to see it from a Northern Ireland company!

Would use again
