I had a preference for someone local, someone that I could speak to and discuss my Chargepoint requirements with. Had already paid a major national energy supplier to do it but their model of outsourcing meant I could not get them to do the work or trust the advice.

The team at EV charging systems made the effort to come in, provide advice I could trust and go with. I was given a date, explained what would happen on the day, communication was great. The team led by Jon arrived on time. Given a full explanation at the end as to how I should use the system. Compared to the stress of my previous experience, the whole thing was stress free this time around. The work is professional and so are the team. If I had to do this again, I would get Jon and his team back in.

Great end to end customer experience. Everything from making sure the right system was installed for our needs. Jon gave me a few options to meet these with quotes, but always the option to chose a different charger if we preferred. We went with the Simpson & Partners that they recommended. Hadn’t heard of them before & love the much slicker look to the charger.

Installation was completely very quickly. Jon & Alex were both great. Installation is all very tidy & looks great. They even went the extra & shifted a bunch of tiles that were in the way, to make sure the instal was clean & tidy. Both Jon & Alex made sure the system was working correctly. Took me through the app setup to make sure we were all set up & what we needed to know to use the system correctly.

Used the system a few times. So easy to use & all works great :)

My second charger in just over a year, as I moved house & this was the only company I was going to use following my first experience of them. After a quick chat with Jon, I went for a Simpson & Partners untethered with a 15m cable, which was the most suitable in this instance. My previous Hypervolt was excellent & worked for me, but wouldn’t suit my needs. Jon & Alex really know their job and the way they conduct their business makes the whole experience so much easier. I would highly recommend them.

An absolute pleasure to have a Hypervolt charger installed by Jon and Alex. Great communication, a very easy process and all completed in a timely manner too. They were both very knowledgable and able to advise me on any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing a charge point installed!

Excellent, efficient and tidy work from Jon and his son. They installed a Zappi EV charging point as we are going to have solar panels installed. They are going to return to hook everything up and get it in full working order for us. Definitely recommend. Support local!

They are highly competent, very knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained, all questions answered and a very tidy job. Why can't more companies be like this!

The EV Charging team were very responsive. Quick availability and flexibility to our schedule. Offered great advice and took the time to help us understand our options and how to use the charging device once installed. Also gave advice on other electrical matters. Worked to install a My Energi Zappy solar hybrid charger. Clean, tidy work. Very friendly. Happy customer!

We were delighted with the quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service provided by Jon and Alex. We were facing a wait to get a new charger installed and Jon came to the rescue and fitted us in straight away during Christmas week. The charger is top quality and the job completed very professionally. We were so happy with them that we have already used their excellent service again for electrical work.

great communication, willingness to use technology instead of a site survey. Dealt with a complex and messy route from electricity meter/box to the front of house and left site very tidy.
