Excellent Car Leasing Experience with Evans Halshaw
I am currently in the process of leasing a car through Evans Halshaw, and the entire experience has been smooth and straightforward from start to finish. James Dunn, in particular, has been exceptionally professional, helpful, and transparent at every stage — from choosing the right vehicle to finalising the paperwork.
Communication has been excellent throughout, and I’ve been kept fully updated at every step. I really appreciate how easy the whole process has been — no stress, no hidden costs, just great service.

Received an email asking me to review the experience with my new car. The link took me here. I haven't got my new car or even a delivery date. I haven't heard from Evans Halshaw for nine days.
Read the reply and responded to the email address in the text. The message couldn't be delivered because the email address is incorrect.

Smooth initial ordering process, let down by delivery issues, resulting in car being delivered a week late. Very poor communication regarding expected redelivery date and no alternatives solutions or compensation offered.
