I always buy my hair tapes from euphoria, it is absolutely amazing and the mixed blends are gorgeous and so soft and luxurious. The staff are fantastic & contact you promptly.

I have been a hairdresser for 30 years and been doing extensions for 25 years . I ordered from these guys for the first time . I managed to order the wrong colour totally my mistake . But the customer care was totally amazing offered to colour match offered to show me the new colour before it was posted . Totally blown away by the customer service . I won’t go anywhere else now !!!

My first experience with Euphoria One has been fantastic! My hairdresser has been purchasing the hair for me for several years, but this is the first time I have dealt with them directly. The hair is always so soft and natural looking, therefore, nobody can ever tell that I wear hair extensions. The customer service was also impressive, with great communication every step of the way, which is rather refreshing in this day and age of customer service. Please maintain this great level of service!

The hairs good quality, soft and thick root to tip. 10x better than ClipHair. However, since having my weave fitted I’ve noticed what I’ve now found from research, to be a moustache around the weave. Meaning if I lay down, I can feel all the little hairs that must have been cut for other extensions, or to even out the weight. But it is SO uncomfortable, I can feel this hair around each row (I only have 3 rows), and if I lift the weave up, I can see all the hairs that have been chopped sticking out. It just makes them uncomfortable and I can only hope they soften over time. Even clip hairs awful quality hair was comfortable. Tomorrow is a week since fitting, and I have washed it twice, but it’s still so uncomfortable it’s like stubble going into my scalp, like a layer has been cut off all around the weave during making it.

I wouldn’t use another supplier , this hair quality is another level ! I am a hair extension specialist and I also wear hair extensions myself I purchased Russian hair in December and it’s like it’s just been fitted it’s still so smooth and doesn’t mat ! I love this place also my customers love it I get great reviews everyone’s happy ! Thank you euphoria one x

Hair is lovely and soft. Good quality.Used another brand before, but now iam converted to Euphoria One.going to order some more with them.price is good too for russian double drawn hair.

As well as this the service from the company is simply amazing, the staff are always so kind and helpful through their messages. Excellent customer service, super responsive and really helpful. I ordered on a Friday paying the cheapest delivery, not expecting to receive until Monday/Tuesday, but instead received on the Saturday. The extensions were extremely affordable, compared to other brands, for the same top quality. Couldn’t recommend more and have already ordered again. Thank you x

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I ordered the wrong colour extensions on one of my packs and a refund was submitted straight away once they received the extensions back.

The girls at euphoria one kept in contact with me while all of this was going on and kept me in the loop. Refund hit my account the next day after they received the extensions back via Evri.

The condition of the extensions is the best I have ever tried, they aren’t so silky and soft- they aren’t thin compared to other extensions I have used. I have had them in now for a week and still feel brand new after washing every day.
