The customer service is amazing, I purchased the wrong colour tape extensions for my hair and forgot to return them in time, I was given extended time to return the item and received store credit. They also took the time to help me find the correct colour for me and were very thorough in the process.

The quality of the hair is amazing, really lasts and is brilliant to work with. With good maintenance, the Russian / Mongolian hair last in excess of 12 months. The choice of colours is spectacular and easy to match. Customer care is top rate too. Returns are easy and communication is very informative. Highly recommend Euphoria One

Whatsapp team were amazing and so helpful and got the perfect colour match for me. The hair is such good quality, i waited until i washed my hair to review so i could see if there were any changes but no changes still so soft, shiny and silky. Delivery was also so fast.

Only thing I think they need to do is update it
Make it look more classy as some of the photos look x rated of the model on the website and also need Apple Pay and add tracking numbers to there orders
