Bad service, never got my package. Had to pay for it to get sent to my country so that is money I will never get back.

I ordered a bag for my sister for Christmas in November and not only did it take a month to arrive, the initials were wrong! I have emailed several times with no response! Absolutely ridiculous, order from somewhere else!
I ordered multiple items from their website. The first two were good. The pebble colour is a scam!! They advertise it as a light warm grey/beige. IT IS DARK GREY. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They also refused a refund or any kind of reimbursement after i expressed that this was completely misleading and false advertising. It is so easy in this day and age to have the colour appear online as it is in real life. They’re actively being deceitful and they know it.

I ordered my makeup bag (Mini Vanity Case) on June 7th, and it was shipped on June 9th. I received my package today, right on time according to the estimated delivery from Australia to Denmark.
It’s exactly as I imagined, and it holds its shape incredibly well. I can only recommend it, and I’m already considering ordering another one for my skincare products.
If I could put 0 start, I would. I ordered a case on 22nd of April and right after my order got accepted I got a message that it will be shipped on May5th. Okay, no problem with that. However, after that I got 1 email on May 7th saying that it’s shipped and after that complete silence. I’ve been checking the tracking number and it kept saying that it’s in transit and there’s no estimated time for delivery. Few days ago I contacted toile itself and they said that there was a problem with delivery so they sent it back to Australia and in case I want to finally get my order I need to pay for the delivery AGAIN. I find it completely unacceptable. The smallest thing you could do is to tell me that there’s a problem so maybe I can handle it myself without paying twice. I don’t even know what could’ve happened if I didn’t text them myself, would my package be completely forgotten about or how else?
Premetto che la mia non è stata una bellissima esperienza, ho dato 5 stelle perché il prodotto merita e anche perché il servizio risponde a qualsiasi esigenza. La mia spedizione è stata lunghissima, ho inviato tantissime mail per ricevere aggiornamenti, ho aspettato più di un mese prima di ricevere il prodotto. Quando è arrivato devo dire la verità sono rimasta molto soddisfatta perché la qualità è buonissima e poi è veramente un ottima borsa per il trucco, costa un po’ però ne vale la pena. Mi dispiace solo per i tempi di consegna, pensavo che non sarebbe più arrivato e invece fortunatamente non è andata così. Peccato per l’attesa però del resto non mi posso lamentare.
Absolutely awful customer service and quality.
My bag became defected after not even a month - I send full proof and description to this to the customer service team and they more or less told me it wasn’t their fault and to get on with it.
An £80 bag should not be of such disgraceful quality and the customer service is totally appalling.
Do not buy!
Their refund policy takes up to 5 days to get placed in your account. I have not received my refund and it has been 6 days. They do not care they just say they have processed the refund. BUYERS BEWARE!
