I was sent a replacement mirror as the one I originally ordered arrived broken (even though it was beyond the 30 days).

Received a broken mirror.. customer service is mia/ has been “looking into It” for weeks.

AVOID unless you want to lose $$$$

UPDATE: The company has since refunded me the cost of the mirror.

I ordered (Order #ETK14562 )what looked like a beautiful large wall mirror on July 8. Tracking says that my order was registered yet no item has been received let alone scheduled and completed. I have called and emailed Ethnik Living, and my calls go to voicemail, my emails are unanswered. Update: I received a reply from the company as well as tracking; July 26 is the scheduled delivery date. Update August 6: I had to hire someone to hang the mirror with alternative hardware as it is heavy and cumbersome to do so. Their hardware is flimsy, and their directions say to recheck the hanging screws every 90 days. The process to get here has been arduous, yet the mirror is gorgeous! Edged Joy is an a props name. Adding a star.

Baga Ethnik Living is a scam website, google suggested to me so I trusted and now I lost $160, they've canceled the order and didn't return the money, please take this website out of Google users.

I was so concerned when I realized that I placed an order just before I saw all those bad, warning reviews not to order anything from this website.
My experience was more than fantastic.
I placed an order on Tuesday, got tracking info on Thursday and mirror was at my house on Friday so all together 3 days for everything!
It was delivered by Fedex.
Mirror is so beautiful and well packed and properly protected.
I have no complaints!

Incorrect…. Anyone who is looking into buying anything from you, should look online at your reviews! Almost every complaint is artificial ship dates, not shipping at all and some go as far as saying they’ve called their credit card company to cancel due to fraud. You’re not organized and do NOT tell the truth! I have images and emails saying my order was “picked up” for shipment on 12/05 however the BS tracking number you provided takes you NOWHERE! If you were a legitimate business then you wouldn’t sell something you weren’t prepared to ship! You took $1,100.00 from me in 2 minutes without having what you sold me. Furthermore, when I attempted to reach someone… YOU CAN’T, why? Everything is email and your responses are 2 days later with some pathetic form of an apology and signed “sincerely”.
Your business is a complete joke… a wherehouse selling other manufacturers goods. You blew my XMas as well as my wife’s.
I promise you I will continue to review. OWN IT! You’re now simply writing your pathetic, merciful response which was more than I ever got when inquiring about my wife’s gift in efforts of saving your business now! So, what is your business phone? Worst online purchase ever! It’s not over

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I got fooled by Instagram ads, but whatever you do, do not purchase. The customer service for this brand is completely nonexistent.

They delivered a completely SHATTERED, floor length mirror. The size of this mirror should be noted, as it is the size of a door so cannot just be thrown away in a trash can. I asked for them to handle disposal of the mirror, as it should not be the paying customer's responsibility to pay MORE money to dispose of an item that was delivered damaged.

All they had to say was "sorry we don't offer disposal services." They took zero responsibility for delivering a damaged item. It is impossible to dispose of such a large a broken mirror in Los Angeles without paying a third party junk removal service to remove it. You cannot even schedule sanitation for a bulky item pick up, as they refuse to deal with broken glass.

So now, this company has created a huge hassle for me, I have a giant shattered mirror that has been taking up space, AND I will have to pay hundreds of dollars for a junk removal service to come remove it.

Do yourself a favor. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They ship the mirrors via Fedex, and Fedex usually only has 1 delivery guy per truck. Obviously, 1 delivery guy handling fragile and large mirrors is probably not conducive to receiving an intact mirror. And you will be stuck with trying to figure out how to get rid of a giant shattered mirror. This company will take zero responsibility for it.

I love my Ethnik Living mirrors. I bought both the Jolene and AOrganik. They are both beautifully and uniquely shaped. They’re solid and you can tell the craftsmanship. There’s no warp to them. They came ready to hang with the proper brackets.

Delivered with care. The packaging was very protective. The mirrors are high quality and lovely organic design.

Absolutely obsessed with my asymmetrical gold mirror! Such a fun way to elevate a space. Looking forward to receiving my second one.

Excellent customer service. We're an interior design firm and ordered a mirror and sconce for a client. We had to exchange the mirror for a different finish. Process was painless. Mirror and sconce are beautiful

Beautiful mirror that really is a statement piece! High quality and the perfect addition to our home. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond to emails (like changing our delivery address and sending updates on shipment status)

Our mirror arrived quickly, was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived. It’s great quality and looks amazing in our bathroom!

I was drawn to this mirror because of its organic lines and having now hung it, I think it fits perfectly into my space. I would certainly purchase it again. Shipping was quick and easy and the packaging was minimal but sufficient that nothing would be damaged. There are two things I would be mindful of for future purchasers. First, I didn't use the wall anchors provided. The screws have to be halfway out of the wall anchors to slot into the holders putting a fair amount of stress on the screws and wall anchors. I swapped the included ones out for some stronger ones I already had and felt more confident they wouldn't rip out. Second, there is no template and the measurements between the screws aren't a round number. It's not insurmountable but a guide would go a long way to making installation more foolproof.

Ethnik living Mirrors are beautiful pieces of art, I have used them in several of my designs and my clients absolutely love them! Fabulous customer service as well!
