Despite delivery challenges which were the responsibility of the shipping carrier, the Ethnik Living team stood by their customer service values to assure I received the item ordered. The piece I ordered is as as beautiful as I had anticipated and I am thrilled with my purchase!

We ordered a mirror online and were thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Shipping was prompt, and all taxes and duties were conveniently included in the purchase price—so no surprises on delivery. The mirror arrived professionally packaged, clearly handled with care.
We did encounter an issue after delivery, but the customer service team resolved it swiftly and efficiently. Overall, it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Products are great, but the inability to contact customer service quickly is frustrating. Responses for returns take a long time and once you hit the 30-day deadline, you can't return the item.

Ethnik Living is a fabulous company to buy modern, stylish pieces from! I’ve bought a rug and two of their mirrors and the pieces look amazing in my home. There was an issue with a mirror that was purchased and the company rectified the situation quickly and efficiently. A very ethical company that sells amazing products!

I ordered an abstract rug from these guys - the delivery time was longer than I initially expected (it wasn't US stock) but the customer service team did their best to get it to me asap from the place of manufacture in Turkey. The rug is great quality, the colours are better in real life (they're a bit exaggerated on the website) and it was well worth the wait - thanks :)

What great customer service! As a designer, it’s so nice when we find retailers that provide excellent service and are willing to work with us. There was an error on our team’s part, and the incorrect color of a large mirror was ordered. Their team was so understanding and very responsive, allowing us to return the item and order the correct color despite it being an oversized item. It’s circumstances such as this that will keep me a recurring customer. Excellent work to you and your team! 5-star customer service!

My experience with Ethnik Living from start to finish felt like a "scam". I placed an order for a mirror in stock and ready to ship. After a few days, I received zero updates prompting me to contact customer service (which is neither about the customer nor service) and spoke to a person named Marissa. Over the next 12 days, I called customer service daily leaving voice messages, as no-one picked up. Not once did anyone have the courtesy to callback. Nearly 2 weeks after my order, I received an email stating my item was no longer in stock. No explanation, no apology. I finally reached customer service, only to get Marissa again (she should consider a job change). I switched to another item that she said was in stock, but again received no shipping updates. Some 3 weeks after placing my original order (against Ethnik’s 48 hour promised delivery), the alternate item arrived. When I opened the box, to my shock, the mirror did not appear to be new. It was poorly wrapped and had a shipping label stuck on with another person’s name.

Ethnik’s poor service, zero customer service, and (in my case) selling used items without a warning or markdown, lead me to a singular conclusion. That Ethnik Living and its management care nothing about goodwill or repeat business. This ranks number 1 on my worst online shopping experiences. I cannot overstate my disappointment and frustration. Simply put, AVOID Ethnik Living like the plague.

Disappointed in this company as their advertisement of mirrors on Facebook and Instagram are misleading and false. They claim to give up to 20% discount on items pictured but they do not. I presented the sale information and all they offered was a 10% if you sign up for their newsletter or $50 discount if purchase was over $500.00
