DO NOT BUY OR SUBSCRIBE TO ETHICAL EARTH. I sent emails to both info and sales at the company (10/27, 11/27 and 12/27) and phoned Ethical Earth several times with no response to my request to cancel my monthly subscription of bamboo toothbrushes. Their telephone calls are always busy and the company has now blocked my emails.

Appalling service. Items ordered weeks ago still not dispatched. They do not reply to emails and any negative comments left via social media are deleted and you are then blocked. Disgraceful company. AVOID at all costs.

Order disappeared during transit, emails not replied to, raised paypal dispute but still no refund.

I placed an order worth €59 last August. I tracked the items for 10 days and as it reached France it was returned to sender due to an incomplete address, yet strangely part of it, valued at €19.98, appeared a few days later. Making contact with customer services was difficult, but eventually, Avery replied asking for my address, which was strange as it was on my order form, order number supplied. Well, as you've probably guessed, that was the last I heard from him. My thoughts on Ethical Earth has gone down the pan, all for the sake of €39.02. Buyer beware...

SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order worth £65. Two months later and it still hadn’t arrived. I sent various emails and Facebook messages, no response at all. I commented on a Facebook post recommending people steer clear, the post was instantly deleted and I was banned from the page. I will never see that money again.

Criminals, far from ethical.

Complete charlatans. Waiting three weeks for a delivery, they don’t reply to emails or social media posts. And then they block you from their Facebook page when you complain. I wish I’d googled the reviews first, don’t waste your time with these cowboys, cashing in on ethically minded shoppers.

Far from ethical. They promise a money back guarantee but there's absolutely no way to reach them at all. Completely non-responsive. The product I ordered (tooth cleaning tablets) was shipped in plastic and is in a plastic container. It's a scary shade of green and I would never put it in my mouth. No repsonse from company at all. DO. NOT. USE.

i stupidly have ordered bamboo toothbrushes, but have yet to receive them after checking trustpilot I am not holding out any hope. I have tried contacting them but the emails bounce back and the telephone number is not recognised..... says it all really. Do not Use.

I ordered the 10 bamboo toothbrushes on 8/8/22. I still have not received an order numer, or the toothbrushes. The $31 was immediately deducted from my account that day. I have only had one response from the company, who asked for my order number. As they had not yet sent this, I cannot proceed. Far too long to process. I do not like the look of previous reviews.

I ordered two tapestries by mistake because during my process of buying,ads kept popping up,very confusing. When I tried to contact them,there was no response. They are NOT an ethical company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is nothing ethical about them. I have since found out by following the tracking it has come from China. How ethical is that! the amount of air miles is astonishing - it's NOT mentioned on the site that it is coming from China. Who knows if it really is eco friendly. Unlike me, I fell for an advertisement. I still don't have my toothbrushes nigh on a month later, they are now in Belgium somewhere. It took the company I ordered from 2 weeks to actually bother sending the order. It is a total scam, DO NOT BUY

Buyer beware. This company is everything but ethical. I ordered 2 organic cotton t-shirts and what arrived are 2 regular cotton t-shirts that are not even the t-shirt brand nor the feminine style depicted in photos on their website. These t-shirts are men’s sizing, not women’s sizing (as ordered). I contacted customer service and they won’t accept returns. Terrible experience.

HOW I wish I'd thought of checking out this company here on Trustpilot before I ordered from them ! One month after placing an order I'm STILL waiting for my toothbrushes. I'm going to put out a warning
on Facebook as that is where this company advertises. The fact that there is not even ONE good review here on Trustpilot speaks for itself. AVOID these people at all cost !

I placed 1 order for Tshirt. Got right design wrong color. Said oh well. I'll try again as THEY DO NOT DO Exchanges!!! Got right color wrong design. Terrible

Dreadful. Do not order from this company if you want your toothbrushes within the next 2 months because they won't arrive. Ours did arrive eventually after chasing, but there was one less toothbrushes in the box and they are really not worth the money.

If I could give zero stars I would!! 👎🏼👎🏼 Two thumbs down for this company!! Don’t waste your time or MONEY!! Major scam at work here. Very, very disappointed. Don’t get ripped off like me and other people - READ REVIEWS!!

Scam, no reponse, no customer service. Takes money

Absolute joke of a company claiming to be good for the environment. Ordered some bamboo toothbrushes which took months to arrive and when they did they were packaged in plastic and had come from China.

Buyer beware! One would think that businesses trying to sell their product would be thankful for sales these days. Unfortunately, some are not! This business took my $, but did not deliver. Placed order in Sept. 2021 and have never received. I've sent multiple emails, messages with zero response. I haven't tried their listed phone #, simply because I don't want to be out more $! To those of you thinking of purchasing something from this company, I would advise you to NOT do so. Read the reviews and search out a legitimate business that carries the product you're looking for.
