Ordered 18 dollar bamboo toothbrushes that never arrived. It took over THREE MONTHS before they finally responded to multiple attempts to contact them. I heard nothing until I began to hit their ads on social media threads. They finally emailed me back asking of I wanted them to send the brushes (the tracking NEVER updated to delivered, Btw), or if I wanted a refund. I replied I wanted the refund, as obviously I bought other toothbrushes months ago!

They NEVER refunded, and I am disputing it now via my credit card. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

If I could give them a “zero stars” rating I would. In 2025, I placed two orders with them. The first was just for toothbrushes. They arrived promptly with no issues. Several months later, in mid-October, I ordered some ear swabs, kitchen towels and one full sized bath towel. When that order did not arrive after 5 weeks, I sent an email inquiry about it. It took 3 tries over several weeks to get any response. They finally said it appeared my order was lost in transit and they would resend it. A package arrived within two weeks, but the order was wrong. Instead of a full sized bath towel, I received a much smaller hand towel. Again, it took several tries over many weeks to get a response to my email complaint. They asked for a picture of the towel I received to prove I got the smaller one on January 15. They promised to send a full sized bath towel or a refund immediately. Five emails later and I still have no response, no refund and no towel on February 5. This is absurd!! I love what this company is trying to do but I will never order from them again. It’s just not worth the hassle.

This company makes their products in China not Michigan USA like they want you to believe. Im headed to the bank now to cancel my order. WOW just WOW!

Order was wrong, no reply to contact through website or email. Not impressed, wouldn't recommend. The product I received is good quality but by far not worth what I paid for.

I am also not receiving the purchase after 3 weeks…

Wish I had read the views beforehand. I ordered bamboo toothbrushes & they just took my money. This is not a legit company. When I tried to reach out, you cannot get a hold of anyone & they will not respond to emails.

Have not ordered from this company but took 11.95 out of checking account. For what? tried several phone numbers and emails with no response. Scam. Came up for a survey on Omaha Steaks.

Do not buy from this company.

Total scam artists. Constantly had to chase them up for my order. Some was missing when it arrived. £66 of cheap Chinese crap. I can't be bothered to try and sort out the issues. If they're really that desperate for cash to pay their slave labour force then their welcome to it. One of the biggest disappointments I've had as I'm passionate about trying to sustain our wonderful planet.

Still haven't received my order over 6 weeks since placed. Have emailed them several times but no response. Order tracking for a while said it had been delivered somewhere in the US (I'm in the uk).Emailed about this, no reply but oddly order tracking no longer works for me. Do not use these pirates under any circumstances

If I could award 0 stars I would. It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive and it was from Ali Express. NOT ethical at all! Ethical Earth are just hiding behind their chosen name. I am livid!

I want to revise my review, i did get my toothbrushes. Ive yet to use them. Im sure they were not made in USA like i was told. After my onitial question about manufacture location they would not answer my emails. I would not order again from them bc of their lack of response.

The pictures of the products are fake. I ordered two pillows and they did (eventually) get delivered, but they might as well be doll pillows. The pictures on the website show normal sized pillows. These things are so frickin tiny it's rediculous. I had ordered from this company a couple years ago with no issues and everything was what I expected, so I had no reason to expect a scam. I was wrong. They don't respond to requests for order updates and if I want to get a refund I have to send the pillows back at my expense and *hope* they decide to refund me. I tried leaving a review for the product but obviously once I hit submit there's no evidence of the review. This company is completely fraudulent.

This company is a fraud. They drop-ship garbage, unfunctional products from China and don't respond to any inquiries regarding refunds. They WILL however defend themselves against a dispute. DO NOT BUY! FRUAD!

Scam! The website should be taken down or disabled. I ordered a set of bamboo sheets that never came. No response from the company. Expensive lesson learned. Always research before buying!!

First time ordering toothbrushes 18 months ago was great. This time, nothing. They took my money in Sept, promised delivery in November, and it would appear, have blocked my email address from following up. What a waste of time and money.

Bought some whale tracking bracelets before Christmas. Only arrived 11.1.25. Tried contacting the shop many times to no reply. The bracelets are ok but there is no tracking information. This is a con. Do not buy!!!!!!!

I have ordered bamboo toothbrushes on 21st July 24 and money taken out of my account. But they have yet to deliver them. I have emailed them twice on both of their email addresses but not had a reply. I would welcome some contact before I take this further.

I order t shirts that were supposed to be organic cotton. After a month the items had not even been shipped, not a label printed. It took multiple emails to get a response from the company. They promised to expedite the order and send me a gift for the trouble. I could see a shipping label had been created but after 2 weeks from the label being created it had still not been given to the carrier. I then opened my credit card statement and noticed they charged me the day of the order. I emailed the company about the product still not being shipped and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Within a week of disputing the charges the shirts finally shipped. When I received them they were not organic cotton just a basic gildan t shirt company. I email them again about the false website description. I never heard a response. My credit card company also never heard a response from them and settled the dispute in my favor. I'm really baffled at this because I ordered a t shirt that I love and is 60 % organic cotton and the rest recycled cotton from this store several years ago and had no complaints. I wonder if this is a false duplicate site or under new ownership. I would never order from them again.

Informed several times of not having received my items and they did nothing about it.
Payed more than 50€, to receive a free towel and just have received the towel.
If I knew that my items would not be delivered, I just would not have made the order.
