Essex Clear Ears give a warm friendly welcome to their customers. I had an appointment with Mitch, Lead Audiologist who has a wealth of knowledge gained after many years in the NHS and Private sector. He is very professional and has great empathy with his customers. The purchase of private hearing aids is expensive but Mitch helped me to find the right product to suit my needs and unlike a lot of companies, did not ask for full payment until I was happy after a trial period. Today, I was receiving adjustments to new hearing aids which usually take a few appointments to get the set up just right. After wearing hearing aids for 30 years, Mitch is without doubt, the best audiologist that I have met and I am so pleased that his business is local. Essex Clear Ears prices are very competitive and their warranty period on the aids that I purchased (5years) was greater than many competitors.

Mitch is very giving of his extensive technical knowledge. I find Essex Cleear Ears give a far better service than the big chain Boots. One does not have to book an appointment through a remote call centre and the service is far more in-depth and personal.
