I am in NZ and these people are disgusting thieving vultures!
Signed up for a small trial sized bottle and the f#####s sent a "confirmation" email with terms & conditions snuck in right at the bottom stating that you have 14 days to trial it and after then you will be charged full price. Who scrolls to the bottom of a confirmation email? Nobody, especially when it's not made clear it also contains Ts & Cs.
Spoken to a customer service rep twice and she was a rude arrogant b###h who would just talk over me without letting me get a word in and read off her script that I agreed to the Ts & Cs.
I did not agree to those Ts & Cs at the time of purchase which is when they should be made clear! And I haven't even received any product so how the hell can I try it & agree to continue?
$185 these thieving scumbags took from me!
I will be fighting this tooth & nail, going to call the bank and Consumer Affairs tomorrow. Anyone else in NZ had this issue?

BEWARE!!! This company is not only a scam company but they play on their words in the terms and conditions that you agree to when ordering. The "samples" "free trial" offer for free (only pay shipping and handling) is a joke. your account gets debited, you receive the product with only a couple of days to try it (given 14 days) then your charged the full price a couple days later. I have tried to reason with these people to no avail. The person I spoke to refused to think outside the box and strictly quoted the terms and conditions. Very rude and would not listen at all. Talked over me the whole time. I asked to speak with someone who has more power than her (just reading from a script) and was told she was the highest there at the time. I requested a call back which of course has not come as of yet, will be surprised if it comes at all. This is an unethical, deceitful, and disgusting way to treat the consumer. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. Believe me, I will fight you!

The Promotional Add for 'Essence of Argan Oil' is an misleading and unprofessional way to scam people out of money.

There really is no supposed 14 day Free Trial. I never even had my product for a week and was charged $150.00 CAD for a bottle of Argan oil that you can purchase many varieties in any department or drug store for much less. And then did not return it when they weren't even supposed to take it in the first place...what happened to my 14 day trial?? I didn't even have time to contact them whether I was happy with it the product or not, and they just took my money. Then I have to fight to get it back. I sent pictures of the screenshots i took with my comment on the Facebook post, as well as the date of my delivery from Canada Post, and the date they took the money from my credit card illegitimately.

I also was also interested in the promotional Trial kits they claimed to be offering at that time which I did not receive. That was the only reason i took notice was to try there Trial kit, had I known they were only going to ship me a bottle of oil I would have never even commented on the post which a member of there company even acknowledged.
I would never recommend this product or company. There PR skills are very unprofessional. Had they been honest, promoted the company based on trust and loyalty to customers they probably may have made a credible name for themselves.
Maybe you should try promoting your products through a small bottle legit freebie before just sending people a bottle of oil then take them for there money.

If you want to buy yourself some beauty products for yourself...Do Your Research First!!
Don't let That word "FREE" make you think your getting anything for Free...cuz first they take your money, then you have to try to get it back through all there loop holes.

This company will never make a name for themselves based on their performance. They probably will end up changing their name and call it something else to try to sell again.

Rubbish just cancelled my order no reason given

When I want to purchase an item I should be able to without money automatically coming out of my accounts.

I used this product last year and it works. Because of that I ordered again and did not think much of all the little add ons shoved under my nose on my way to check out. With the 3 deductions totalling not more than NZ$30, I thought it OK. What a rude awakening to have $152.90 (over 2 deductions) go off my account today. Just to be told it is a subscription…. Never again!
I don’t like potions and lotions on my face and does not spend much on beauty care, but this has put me off this company, their product and buying online.

Did not want product. Was told that I had to accept product even though I did not authorize money to be taken from my account

I love using this product on my hair and skin! It absorbs beautifully and makes me glow ✨

I’ve been using this oil for my hair and honestly, it’s amazing! They are shiny, soft and I get compliments! Highly recommend also for skin, hydrates and smoothies everything perfectly!

I'm very impressed with customer service, had an issue with card, Zelle thoroughly reviewed information with me and after all was said and done I have a lot of respect for this company because of their representative. She went above and beyond for her company make sure they were protected and not to take loss before hearing me out i respect that and appreciate the fact she listened to me and came to an agreement with me!! There will always be issues you can't please everyone! I'm pleased and I appreciate good customer service!!!
From what I'm reading product is really good, its the subscription that catches customers off guard with charges maybe company should consider a diff approach moving forward. You have customer service and a really good product so your already over half way there!! I suggest a diff approach than the subscription charges or if using the subscription bring down the cost have a few options not everyone is in the same financial situation.. You may end up with few more types of customers... just food for thought. Thanks again Zelle, I'd hire you, good looking out for your company and customer very classy!!

Awful experience - misrepresent what they are doing - buy to try once and the next thing they are taking regular payments without authority. V expensive.
The phone numbers they will give you (below?) are dead ends. They are scumbags
I have reported the fraud to ANZ but not sure if I will get my money back

AVOID THIS COMPANY If I could give this site a minus10, I would. Once this company has your information it is impossible to stop them sending their product. The company is out of Malta so normal consumer laws don’t apply.
The product comes boxed without any receipts or proof of purchase. The return costs are paid by you and trying to return the stuff is impossible.
The product itself is poorly made, overpriced and does not work as advertised.
Save yourself money and a huge headache and steer clear.

I would seriously ask anyone not to use this company I had a really awful experience with them.
I was unaware it was a trial did not say this when ordering- not until I got invoice that it stated right at the end - who reads that much it’s long, but that’s what they hope. They take money from your account before you have a change to return or try goods.
I managed to stop the £119 - however the used another name and still managed to take £119 out - they are extremely dishonest and would only give me a refund of £36 to stop further payments - do not waste your money

They have given me the standard reply they seem to give anyone that complains - I reiterate DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Disgusting scam. Signed for " free trial", cancelled yet they took two months of "payments" off my card. Illegal! My bank now investigating possible fraud. No invoices, again illegal. Customer service laughable, rude you name it. Was told by them today they will only refund if I cancel my bank investigating. Heck no! They have broken so many laws.

They keep taking money every two weeks, I changed my bank card and they managed to find the new card, is time this people stop, the number I look at the reviews and I tried to call them and said is not correct, please stop taking my money now

I am really surprise with this oil, after a week of using it, I notice my skin is glowing! I am using it for 3 months now and I can say I feel younger again. Thank you! I am really satisfied with this product. You deserve a star!

Absolute scam - please read the very wordy fine print. You are not signing up for a free trial (just pay shipping) they will charge you full price before the product even arrives at your door. It's not a sample size, it's a full size product. It's also a monthly subscription so if you don't notice the first time it will go out again the following month
