Ordered Aug 15th. Still no delivery! 9-4-2026. Contacted 2 times, never a human response. Wanted to compare to Ryse! Will be staying w/Ryse.
Wanted to cancel order, said I couldn’t, label had been created, so where’s is my order???? Never again….

Well honestly I have not had a chance to try it ..... because it was never delivered to me yet and I have been very vocal about it. This is my tracking number UUS68F2230647288970, You are more than welcome to find out for Yourself.
Honestly I'm very upset with it all and I'm told that the company has been very busy this time of year and it is backlogged with orders.
I call bullshit on that ..... I have an attorney and we are filing a lawsuit against Your company if it is not delivered by September 15th.

WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ERTH LABS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. EVEN THOUGH YOU CANCELED (as I did) AFTER ONE MONTH, THEY SAY "YOU ARE ON AUTO-RENEW" AND THEY KEEP SENDING AN ORDER. WHAT'S MORE, THEY SEND A LINK TO "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" SO I CAN CANCEL MY SUB, BUT THE LINK HAS NEVER WORKED (and I have made them aware of that also).
I am on my 3rd request to cancel and, although Rachel Peake/Head of Customer Satisfaction assured me twice that my account had been cancelled, I keep getting emails that "your order has been processed and shipped" ... so they keep charging me! I have finally involved my attorney to get them to stop charging me for orders that I did not request!! LASTLY, THEIR COFFEE IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER TASTED!!

On 08/12/2026, I placed an order. Today is 09/04/2026, I still have not received anything and have had no communication. I tried tracking this shipment, Shipper shows they received the shipping label but no product to ship. I contacted your company, sort of, no real person to talk to. I tried to cancel my unshipped order, I was told this was not possible since it had been fulfilled. I would greatly appreciate a full refund and an order cancellation since your company is unable to send my order.

Seems impossible to suspend submissions. If this can't happen the next steps will be reporting to BBB and having AMEX get my money refunded.

The service response was fast but confusing I did not understand if my problem with my recurring subscription was ever resolve for cancellation.

I’ve tried several mushroom coffees, there are 1 or 2 that I do like. With has a good taste & seems to have good benefits as well. It’s definitely in my top 3.

Its smooth. I sometimes add warm milk to it. I am used to drinking my coffee black, so this is perfect 'soft' effect.

Your customer service is atrocious. I placed an order on August 7th and have yet to receive it as of September 4th. I can’t get a confrontation as to whether it has shipped. You’ve charged me for another month and I don’t have the first one yet.

Placed my order weeks ago. Have emailed. They say they are on it. Still isn't moving. The worst customer service ever. I don't get what the issue is. If you got your order you are one of the lucky ones. Ridiculous

Have canceled this subscription 4 times and still received a shipment that was three times as expensive as the first one I received. I had my credit card block this company from making any more charges. Not sure what to do with shipment of Mushroom dirt it taste horrible and I’m afraid to put it in my garden. If they lie about everything thing else, I can only imagine how toxic this stuff is.

My package arrived yesterday. This morning I was looking forward to a robust flavored cup but instead I got a weak, watered-down version -- and that'sfollowing the directions. Not worth the money and certainly.noy going to but again. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I ordered this product on August 14th its now sept 4 I have not received anything but a bunch of ai lip service company is fraudulent took my $$ never received anything do not buy from this company they suck customer service is all AI you won't talk to a real human and they won't refund your money 😢 company is a FRAUDULENT business

The coffee is great, although the delivery time is terrible. I placed my order on the 5th of August and received the coffee 28th, that is 23 days for delivery.

Product might be okay but the surrounding service does not make the cost of the product worth it. First, it takes at least 2 weeks to get the initial order. Second, it’s not clear or wasn’t to me that you’re signing up for a subscription. Don’t even think about getting it cancelled anytime soon if you get the we’re preparing your next shipment email. Third, when the unwanted item arrives 2 weeks later and has a puncture in the bag and you email Customer support, only getting their AI support that states they’re escalating it. 3 days later you have only received an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled.

This “business” is a joke.
