Worst business I have encountered. This business is an unprofessional business, and will likely disappear in under a year.I purchased the product, disliked it, went to return it well before the 45 day risk free guarantee period and was told that 'we no longer have this policy'......it's currently plastered all over their site. Complete scam, unfortunately I fell victim.

I haven't received either of my orders (signed up for subscription) and I can't seem to get an email response from anyone but the AI bot. Beginning to think Erth is a scam. Order at your own risk.

So far, so good no complaints coffee taste wonderful and the frother makes it happen

Just not for me... I drink Everyday Dose and this does not compare. Wanted to give it a try but not sold on it.

My experience is Not very good I have not got my product You've taken my money And haven't told me when I'm gonna get And haven't told me when I'm gonna get it It's been 3 weeks So I'm rating you an F.

The coffee is good enough. The continued charges after initial purchase & cancellation of the order. Not impressed with the difficulty in canceling and poor comminucation and service. Only more charges.

The coffee has a great taste and it seems to be working. I have enjoyed it so far

I ordered their start pack, it's been over 2 months I still have not received the starter pack. But they have billed me again for a subscription that I did not know I was signing up for, they day that order is on its way. But they've told me that about my starter order and it doesn't not have any shipping updates. I've emailed them repeatedly only getting AI responses back. They are a very poorly ran company (still not sure it's not a scam company just taking people's money). My advice is do not order from them! They will repeatedly take your money and give you nothing in return!

I ordered this product over a month ago and still have not received my order! I have contacted customer service and was told they would send out a new order and I still have not received anything! This is ridiculous!

This is honestly the best tasting of all the mushroom coffees I have tried. I kept drinking the most popular brand for months because I thought they would all taste and smell bad. I drink this every morning and love it!

I am still waiting on my 2nd order but they have already processed my next order. Not sure if they use AI for customer service but they are zero help! They now have 2 months of my money and I still don't have product!! Not good business!

BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM. First order made in July, now it's September but nothing has arrived. Also they automatically make it a subscription which is impossible to cancel... had to close my bank account. STEER CLEAR!

I sent several emails out cancelling my subscription, and nobody answered until later. Then I was assured my subscription was cancelled. Nothing’s wrong with the product just the price difference in Canada. I would be paying $55 every time and I don’t wanna do that.

Ordered this product & wasn't what I expected. Don't like when you have to keep buying something without trying it first. Put you on a recurring order. Not something I would ever do without trying first. Then took my money after I canceled & got No product. should return my money. Never again.

This is the best mushroom coffee I have ever tasted. It taste like ground roasted regular coffee excellent. It deserve more than five stars.

I will start by saying I did like the product and do think it was helpful. However, the company is unresponsive to any complaints. The initial order took over 10 days to arrive. They tried to charge me again for the auto subscription before I even had time to try it. I discovered that the amount of product in a package is about 33% less than it should be. Package says serving size one tablespoon, 30 servings per package. The scoop they sent held 2 teaspoons and even at that I did not get 30 servings. I have emailed them repeatedly and the only response is they are sorry about the problems, but no resolution or reimbursement.
