Fraudulent Sale. Shrink-wrapped item offered as 'new'. Seller never apologised and did everything in their power to delay giving a full refund. Eventually after nultiple emails, I had to take itup with Amazon, who eventually issued an AZ guarantee decision against the seller. Terrible service. Eventually did not respond to emails. Would not give a prepaid return label - even when Amazon told them to. Terrible! Terrible Terrible!

Beware, This is not a real company, there is no customer service or anyone working there to reach out to, you will not receive your books and will only waste time getting your bank to reverse the charge. I have been been looking for a hard to find book and in my excitement to see it listed I purchased it without researching this seller at all. They charged my card and I received a “shipped” email almost immediately. The book is very rare yet they still have the same one listed for sale at the same price after I bought it, which would not be likely at all. days went on and no tracking or status ever changed I started reaching out but there is no response on phone, chat, or email, just a loop with the chat it asking for the order number. There is no book and there never was. Now I am just wasting time working with my bank on the chargeback.

I wish I could leave these thieves a half star. I bought a set of snack tray/tables on Amazon. When it arrived, the leg of one of the tables was snapped in two. I requested a return they sent me a return shipping label that said I had to pay for shipping. I told them it was severely damaged. They said I had to pay. The box was slightly damaged but at the opposite end from the damage. This plainly tells us that the table was packed and shipped already broken. Unfortunately for me, I had already bought a replacement so when I tried to cancel, a few hours after I placed the order, at night, they said it could not be cancelled. I thought surely Amazon’s policy was paid return shipping for damaged goods. Now I’m stuck with two of these things, both paid for, and one is broken.
There are plenty of other companies out there making these tables. Pick one of them. Shame on Amazon as well for allowing this company to sell on their site.

Bought an 'in stock' book from Ergode via Amazon.
After one week, tracking to the UK supplied, after 3 weeks of no movement I contacted the shipper who stated they were still waiting for the item.
I asked Ergode for refund, told it was taking longer than expected to 'acquire' the 'in stock' book!
Requested immediate refund, told that the shipper had lost the item!
Then told that refund was on the way as the shipper had damaged the item!
Refunded and I left 1 star feedack.
Requested that I remove feedback and was told that the item had been returned to their warehouse and was in an unsatisfactory and unsaleable condition.
I offered to remove feedback if they sent the unsaleable book to me.
Six more requests to remove feedback and then admission they didn't have the book!

Ordered a 65” big screen tv.. paid 700$ through sears. they delivered me a cheaper model bought from the local Walmart with $368 sticker on it and won’t discount me 200$ and instead want me to lug this huge tv to usps location and put it in an outer box and send back to them. so they can maybe refund me? It would cost me money to send it back. I don’t have that ability. I would’ve bought it from Walmart myself if I could. Just discount me the money, or bring me the tv I ordered and pick this one up. This company tried and have succeeded in scamming me. Do not do business with them. It’s been two weeks and still no resolution. So bad.

Order cancelled suddenly after 4 days without explanation, item relisted for significantly higher price, no correspondence
Ordered an item on Amazon (sectional sofa). After several days of waiting for an update on shipping, the order was cancelled without any explanation. The same item is listed, but for almost 50% more than the price I purchased it for. No response after sending messages to them. Stay away from this company. You may be left frustrated and disappointed.

Was about to purchase a book from them as it seemed such a good price. Luckily I decided to look up their reviews on this site. So glad I did, I'll pay that bit extra from a company who has good reviews instead...

I was charged more than what an invoice for my product stated. I emailed customer service countless times and never received a response. Even did a review that never got posted, but I called them out for the issues too. I will never see my money, obviously. Better off not going through this company for anything!

The only reason, I have given 1 star is so I can write about these dishonest sheisters. In a time where greed is rife, some just trying to recoup what they have lost during the lockdowns. I have seen emerge loyalty and reputation to customers from sellers and vice versa. Ergode.com is not any of these.

I bought a deck of cards from them a deck of cards, not quite collectable but they are pricey enough £21.47: £25 with tax

A few days after I had bought my item the last item left jumped from £25 to £44.66, this made me suspicious so I took a screenshots.

After 6 days I received a dispatch notice and tracking ID number, which when I tried to check for it was not recognisable.
Within 4 hours I received another notice that my item had been damaged and that it was being returned to them, as they didn't have a replacement they would be refunding my money kind regards sent from a 1 Fiona S.
Considering I bought the item as used, there would be no issue there.

So I check for the last deck that was left, that I'd been watching and low and behold it was still there but NOW it cost £53.89 with tax.
I sent a message and screenshots letting them know they were liars. If you commit to pay to a seller on Ebay you get a strike and limited account.
This company is dishonourable and they put funds before their reputation and are happy to rob any customer new or returning, to turn a quick buck.
You have been warned.
I will be submitting a formal complaint to Ebay.
I hadn't read the reviews on here before shopping with them as with Ebay you just run the filter.
I will be more diligent in future and make sure not another penny goes to these scam artist.

I have complained to Ebay and they will be charged with abuse of seller cancellation policy. This could result in the suspension of their store permanently of of Ebay.

They didn't send a faucet that was supposed to come with my sink. When we emailed them they said they wouldn't fix it. They gave a "24/7" phone number we could call to further help, but no one answers and the mailbox is always full. This is common from what I've read about them. Make sure to check if your online purchase runs through a 3rd party, and if it's them, just find a different product. It's not worth dealing with people who seem to commonly steal from their customers.

luckily I read the reviews first because the price was to good to be true.

If I could leave negative stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! I purchased something through Sears marketplace as Ergode was the 3rd party seller. They happily took my $81 but I never received the item. They give you a bogus tracking number and it says the item was delivered but it never was. They acknowledged it and said they would refund me. I went back and forth with them on emails for over a month while they stalled stating there was a glitch or it needed to be reviewed again or whatever BS they kept using as to not give me back my money they took. I finally contacted Sears to get my refund and reported them. Use at your own risk but if they take your money and you don’t get what you ordered we tried to warn you! I do believe Sears was going to remove them from their marketplace. Just look at all the negative reviews! It’s true. I have never had an issue like this with any other company. Do not trust them.

Bait and Switch and not even a similar item. Ordered a table and got 3 bottles of sugar free syrup from Vitacost (who I called and they said order was from a 3rd party vendor so no info given -even though my name was on receipt- they actually said it wasn't their responsibility if credit card fraud). Google Shopping Guarantee is a HUGE joke.Get a lot of run around from this Ergode and Google. Wish these reviews were easier to find for Google Shopping Companies NEVER use google shopping or Ergode again!

I just placed an order with Ergode.com I was emailed 2 coupon codes, neither worked. I purchased anyway. After order, they said it would be delivered in 4-14 day. I have yet to receive tracking # after 3 days order placed. This is after full payment.

Bought a second hand book listed as 'used-good'. The book turned out to be a student's copy which had blue pen writing and underlining on every page. That's EVERY page. Contacted ergode and after 5 emails and 4 photographs they offered me £1 by way of compensation. You decide.

Cheaters you don't have 24/7 customer service on 281 994 7289 nobody answer at 7 am ...why you tell us you have 7/24 service ??? Why ??

I purchased a doll from Ergode that had a post on Kmart.com and Sears.com. They didn't ship the doll until I contacted Kmart.com and Sears.com and asked where were my items. I purchased on 11/1, received a notification from USPS that they were awaiting item and I contacted them on 11/10 to see where was my order. Finally, on 11/11 Ergode finally got off their butts and had the item delivered to USPS for delivery. I have yet to receive the item and we will see what condition the dolls are in, or if they lied about that as well. DO NOT BUY anything from Ergode no matter what website they post on to sell their items.
