Much attention to Angel who was diligent in starting our estimate and persistence in following up on our progress, to Keila our project manager for her consistent effort of our project; to the installers that were extremely professional and completed the job in one day. Ergeon did an amazing job. Took my raggedy propped up fence and restored it to new and fabulous.

I used Ergeon to build a gate to close off my driveway. The installer’s were very knowledgeable and courteous. They built the gate in just a few hours and it is beautifully designed. The price was very affordable and I was scheduled immediately. I highly recommend them! Omar provided me with stellar customer service!

I had our fence replaced and the process was very straight forward, from the initial bid through to completion. We had a couple hiccups along the way, though nothing major that affected the project. From the first conversation through the permitting process, everyone I dealt with stayed in constant communication with me. The install just took a few hours and they were clean and courteous. I will look to them the next time I'm in need of some work around the property.

Beautiful new fence! They took down the old, hauled away the old fence and replaced it with beautiful one. Omar was great to work with!

Keila @Ergeon was amazing and very communicative during this whole process. This fence was being done for my grandmother and we reached out to Ergeon on a Sunday and we immediately received a response the same day. They immediately did a video call where we were provided an estimate. Due to a retaining wall needing to be added we ended up getting an additional $300.00 added to the bill but they still charged way less than other companies and the guys did amazing work and the turn around time was less than 10 days from when we reached out to the completion of the fence! My grandmother goes outside a couple of times a day just to admire the work they did. I highly recommend Keila and her team!

I had a vinyl fence and two door gate put in. Overall the fence is very nice, but gate is a disaster. Most of the screws are falling off literally. The screws are stripped. The gate was last item to be finished with project, but only one person the supervisor stayed to put it up, where I’m sure two should have been here to help hold up the doors while other screwed hardware in. I could hear this person working and grunting as though he was struggling. Anyway I called ergeon about this issue, they sent this supervisor back out, who said “I’ve never seen this problem before” he proceeded to put bigger screws but only had a few, not enough ,said he would be back next day with more screws. Guess what, two different workers came in his stead, told me it was manufactures flaw nothing they could do. Now I have to screw through post with longer screws that actually have a nut so the hardware stays put. I had to have this contractor come back several times to fix minor issues, I got tired and frustrated of going back and forth with ergeon rep. Also why couldn’t they get the manager of this contract to come and give me a walk through, I did ask. I felt I was given the run around on that. Never did get a walk through. So I decided to just sign off on project , very sad and disappointed. I would think ergeon should not use this contractor anymore.

The installers had to install a gate with uneven concrete, they did a really good job. Very professional.

Ergeon completed our shared fence in a timely manner and made dividing the cost with the neighbor a breeze. The quote was well laid out and easy to understand and they responded to all inquires quickly. We now have a new high quality fence at a reasonable price. Can't beat the value given from Ergeon.

Saul was our installer. Did an amazing job on our fence. Helped to clear up things from the neighbor's yard before they started to work on the fence and cleaned up afterwards.
I feel that communication prior to installment should've been better. I had to make a contact with the company cause I felt nothing was moving forward. They were, however, always very responsive and pleasant.

The Project Manager, installer, and estimator were all great to work with. The Project Manager brought all the project elements together in a timely way and delivered a fabulous end product. He was very responsive. When a design question came up, he was able to quickly get it resolved so the installation work could continue. Great work - I highly recommend this team!

They did a great quality job on my fence and gate. They completed the job in one day, and I am very happy with their work. Although, they did cut my fence too short and it was crooked at the bottom, they addressed my concerns and rebuilt my gate the next day. It would have been nice if they would have done a better job of cleaning up after themselves i.e. leftover cement, pieces of wood, etc., however, that's not such a big deal with the quality of their work.
