I like ERA & the ERA Protect we have…
I like ERA & the ERA Protect we have functions reasonably well. However we recently had an instance where the front & back cameras failed & no matter what I did (disconnect power) it wouldn't clear the issue. So I sent a message to ERA Technical & did not receive any response. Eventually, after 3 days roughly the cameras came back online.

Next day delivery would have been preferred. Poor notification by delivery company but otherwise ok.

Absolute shambles of a company.
Absolute shambles of a company.
Ordered an 8 piece kit and was swayed by the App function. However on trying to download the App a message appeared advising the App was for an older version of Android.
I emailed the company within 24 hours to cancel the order and received a reply advising me to download the appropriate App for the Alarm!
This was the only email that I received a response to, 3 subsequent emails have been ignored.
AVOID!!!!!!!!
