Prompt and very attentive service. Everything completed in a timely manner, and I was kept updated on progress at all times.

Emsleys were 'suggested' to me by housing state sellers and I ended up using them.. now I have certain objections on the purchase of the house which I would like these to speak up to the seller and requested emsleys to assist me, but instead speaking and trying to resolve the dispute on my behalf, emsleys are treating my as outside party and arguing with me to come to terms with housing state and compromise..

-> After having complained to them several times, they won't reply to my emails anymore, whenever I have called they have deterred my from speaking to relevant person, every time I have rung, some other person picks up and denies receiving any emails from me on behalf of relevant person.

-> emsleys are asking me to following their internal complaint procedure, which to me has no value because the people I have concerns about will be the ones 'dealing' with the complaint.

the behviour appears to be fraudster and bullying some.. hurts more when you have fully paid up for someone's services..

I am frustrated as they do not maintain any dignity in the work they do..

I feel hopeless.. are there seems to be no system apart from ending up shouting loud of social media platforms..

*** the letter you have mentioned below relates to faulty workmanship by house builder, but I never asked you for this issue (I would have only mentioned it) but I have been repeatedly asking you to get me a missing item for which I paid as part of the contract completed by yourselves. I have repeatedly written you over this and again its being bypassed. Please reply duly to my correspondence trying to address my concern which if had not been genuine I would not have pursued it.

I have started copying you in direct corresponding with Avant. Now the front door issue and rear garden wall post heath/ security/ safety risks with kids specially, and I would like you to things seriously please

I am still expecting a resolution please. you have given me a detailed letter but that does not help. I spoke to Avant and they suggested you have not had any correspondence with them? On the contrary you suggest to me that you have written to them!!

It was easy to contact them if you need to and they keep me up to date with the case. They are very helpful in the advice they give you.
