Always available very clear and helpful. Did not have any delays in spite of original solicitor going on holiday. There was a smooth and efficient transfer to another colleague.

Our sale of our property went really well, took a little longer than l thought it would but there were circumstances which didn't help with our purchase of a property falling through, which was in no way the fault of Emsleys. I needed a Power of Attorney document notarised quickly for the sale of my apartment in the Canary Islands. I called Emsleys and they gave the information I needed to contact their in-house notary, who responded the same day, in a professional and friendly way. We fixed an appointment quickly, I was greeted in a very nice way by the staff and the notary, Will, was very efficient and helpful. He sent my document off to get legalised, saving me a headache, and sent a copy of the legalised document and DHL tracker to my lawyers in Spain. I will be returning to make a new will.
