Had an issue installing a HUGE mudpack - Leonardo was on the chat - and sorted the whole issue in about 5 mins. Superb response from a hosting company that has NEVER let me down.

Great customer service, to the point of going above and beyond in fixing problems in my server. Takes away the stress as they always find simple solutions to problems and I never feel alone. Worth every dollar !

Empower services support has been nothing but amazing for me. Every question I have, they answer, every time I need help with something, they help.
I am new to hosting game servers, and I can say with all honesty no one has been more helpful than Empower.

Im having trouble because my server keeps crashing and i think the issue is that it autoselected the wrong java version (15 instead of 17) and now it wont startup or change and i am not getting any help from customer support whatsoever they haven't even reacted yet.
Edit: its about 2 hours later now, someone from helpdesk asked me to send the crashlog then i send it and now he hasnt reacted for about a hour

Had a little trouble with my own modpack with the server RAM keep maxing out quickly, but the staff kindly added a few more GB of RAM to help out!!

Company is not as Advertised they say there online 24/7 with 100% uptime this is not true there server was offline for over 6 hours they also took 6 hours to respond. For a company to say there 100% uptime and have 24/7/365 support and takes 6 hours to respond will not help you run a proper server and is (False Advertising) you are better off finding another server hosting company. I can guarantee that every 5 star review is fake. (BUYER BEWARE!!!)

The Server is easy enough to setup and the help I got from the staff was really helpful and they were patient while my brain wasn't working well

the lads at empower gave me a free gb of ram when i was lacking :)

Server was not migrated from Emerald to Flame plan of 8GB as promised in their billing, staff disappeared once the topic of refund request was brought up.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. WRONGFULLY CHARGED!!!!

Signed up for the 2 day free trial. Wanted to cancel within 5 minutes as the server would not start. Went to cancel my service and saw a request cancellation. How do you request a cancellation on a digital service? its either active or not. No cancellation occurred after two days so was automatically upgraded to a higher service for $7.99USD despite cancelling two days prior. Incredibly shady business practice. Would avoid at all cost.

The Amount Of effort and attention towards the problem and a friendly attitude made the server experience even better afterwards

Awesome service for servers, very trustworthy and the customer service is very supportive/communicative! I would definitely give it a try if you are trying to get a server for a specific game! 100 percent recommend!

very good service when i needed help with server or mods the live chat helped super quick, aswell when i needed some extra disk space it was given to me for free very good place to run your servers

All my problems were solved although I couldn't initially find how to cancel the free trial. Douglas is the best.

Everything Good but when it comes to their billing support and management they don't know the fu**k what to do just wanted refund for a valid reason but they rejected for no reason

I had a major issue with a modpack that me and my friends were really excited to play, and it wasn't working no matter what I did. They fixed the issue well, and I was able to play. Only things to improve on are reply time, as I got a reply a little later than wanted, but other than that, it was very friendly and very well handled.
