Extremely quick and helpful customer service. I'd had trouble installing a custom modpack and they were quick to provide pointers and had helpful YouTube tutorials. I'd also accidentally taken wrong server location after a kafuffle signing in and they very promptly transferred the location across. Early days but so far 5/5 service. :)

I spoke with James from empower who was able to clarify what was happening and has resolved it, so thankfully my server is back up and running again and I've a happy face again! For anyone who is wondering regarding my previous view, That was on the basis of getting no response, once a response was given James resolved it quickly and professionally, not only that he got the service back and kept me as a customer due to the way he handled my request, i almost left them but considering how well the server runs for me (based in UK) id highly recommend them for not only an exceptional customer service but also a reliable server for Minecraft.

Old review left for reference, To show i was wrong to jump to conclusions, credit where credit is due!,

"I use to have really good service with them however something has changed, I upgraded my plan as the one provided is not enough for Minecraft bedrock, 2gb of ram isn't enough so should really be removed, upgraded to either 4 or 6gb cannot remember exactly however! I pad the difference on the 17th, my monthly payment I would assume would now be the 17th..anyway today the 3rd my server has be cut off and I've been "invoiced" £136? I setup a monthly plan! so its pretty poor service if this is anything to go by, with that in mind luckily I made a backup of my world so none is lost but I'm disgruntled and so far have yet to have a response from them."

I can guarantee that every 5 star review is fake, the server always and issues with lag or crashing and was claiming to be using more ram than it actually was, it's how they get you to upgrade, I also paid to have plugins installed and setup for me. The result was shocking, they installed just a few of the plugins I asked for and did absolutely no configuration despite reassuring me before hand they would. My server ended up a mess with bugs left and right as a result and they refused to take responsibility. Now even when I an not using their services anymore, nor am I subscribed to their emails. I am getting spammed with "Invoices" that I do not owe, and they can go shove up their ass. Nothing good will come from using their service.

Great support (fast responding + helped out alot), cheap prices, and great interface to work with. I recommend this as minecraft hosting for sure.

The speed of the servers was good and very fast in my opinion, there was no problem at some point. Also the control panel was very intuitive and easy to use.

Harvey was so helpful! After having a few issues with the server Harvey was quick to respond via the live chat and fixed my issue within a few minutes. Would recommend you go here :)

The moderation team was very helpfull and thanks to them i could open a minecraft world in alpha, something i had quite the trouble setting up myself when trying to open a server using my own computer

I love using empower servers for mainly the minecraft options, the servers are quite good and only really crash if you put too many mods for your plan and load a ton of chunks. I've never had a question go unanswered, and I always am 100% satisfied with the answers I'm given, with the wide selection of plans it's easy to run a server with them and not stress if it's strong enough to run properly. So I'll say that Empower Servers is 100% worth your time if you're looking into running a server.

Rust server crashed at least once a week requiring a manual reset. They also auto billed me for my whole second year full price and refused any type of refund. Customer service using laughing emotes when dealing with them..

Absolutely hideous, certainly putting profit before the customer!

Great experience here, the servers work great, I have a 6GB server with them and it runs smoothly and rarely crashes. The support are very helpful too, especially Harvey, he helped me install a modpack and was very attentive and helpful.

I have now updated this. This review may change with time however me and a friend just opened a server using this service. We were then informed they have been having issues with their servers for more than 24 hours. One of the main selling points is 24 7 support however it takes hours at a time to get any kind of response. If things don't change we will definitely be using another provider next month. With several issues we have had and things not working as they should the only person who seemingly works for the company is Harvey whom is very dismissive and frankly seems to be as unhelpful as he can be. They have also stated despite there site stating they have 24 7 support that is simply not true, they explained they have 24 7 monitoring for server but not 24 7 support for clients and the worst bit is even that is not true e.g day one our server went down for 3 hours in the night and they wernt even aware and the answer we were given was oh well its working now.

Loving the server so far. Only had the server for a about a week. No real issues so far. Was confused about one thing. But customer service live chat with Douglas was great. Communication and service is much easier than I originally thought. Used as a Minecraft Server.

So helpful when it comes to issues with your servers and are always willing to help.
Friendly staff and fairly quick to respond to.
They have great quality servers and at affordable prices!!
