'the matters referred to are strongly disputed'. So you really have the gall to suggest you haven't missed deadlines? Are you saying you have sent through the witness statements that were due on the 5th of June?!
Cos you categorically have not! This is going to court and will be a matter of public record so your disingenuous falsehoods will be uncovered. Why reply to my Google review but not email me directly about the statements?! Is this really what you prioritise over adhering to tribunal directives?! Your Google reviews?!

I am a litigant in person with myriad chronic physical and mental health problems representing myself against this rogue law firm who have ignored EVERY SINGLE DEADLINE! Regardless of who their client or opponent is, they should have basic courtesy and respect towards the court and comply with and at least acknowledge deadlines! This is deeply unprofessional and unconscionably rude.

I had a great experience with Ashley Kurth, who helped me with my settlement agreement. She was incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional throughout the whole process.

No bad surprises, everything explained well in advance and went according to plan. Ashley was really thorough and pleasant, quick to respond to questions.. legal matters can typically be quite 'dry' In contrast my experience was very pleasant.

I booked online 1 hour free consultation with Naomi Scrimshire however 15 minutes before the consultation she cancelled with rubbish excuse basically saying pay and we can talk otherwise not a chance wow let me include the exact email in this review.

At this time, our organisation is not taking on new employee tribunal claims. For individuals, we are limiting our support to settlement agreements or assistance during the ACAS early conciliation process.
To clarify, this consultation service is not intended to offer free legal advice, but rather to help identify appropriate next steps. If you do not have a settlement agreement or are not seeking support with the ACAS process, we recommend seeking advice from another legal provider.
For transparency, our current fees are £200 + VAT per hour. For settlement agreements, we charge a fixed fee of £500 + VAT, which is typically covered—or at least partially contributed to—by the employer.

Cannot fault the service.
Kept up to date throughout the process and Ashley went above and beyond.
Took the stress out of the situation and very knowledgable.

I was tasked with finding a solicitor on short notice and found ELS. I manage to book an initial consultation with Ashley who made the daunting process of redundancy much more understandable from a legal perspective and made the process feel much more calming. She was extremely efficient and was always at hand for any questions I had.
