In 2021 Rachel Scales helped me with the LA, as regards my autistic son, re writing the EHCP, which at the time was not first for purpose, represented him at Tribunal and took a lot of the stress away from me. Following her help, my son is now in fantastic school.
This October 2025, my son had a EHCP review and the LA were attending with the view of relocating my son. So I asked Rachel to attend the review, representing my son again, her SEN knowledge, questions of the school, LA are second to none. Her remarks and observations were duly noted and it is all now in my sons EHCP as the LA agreed to all the points, changes requested. Fantastic result!

I consulted with Prakash regarding a potential issue I had with DWP due to creating a trust fund to hold monies from a house sale for my severely mentally ill sister. I was very concerned about how DWP would view these funds in relation to my sister’s benefits and if they would consider it ‘deprivation of capital’.

From the beginning it was clear that Prakash knows the DWP rules and regulations around benefits inside out and that he knows what will be considered when a case is looked into.
He gave me excellent advice on how to create an argument against any challenge from DWP and what to consider when putting my points across. His written and verbal skills are exceptional, having a very clear and logical style, he is able to impart information in a very professional but digestible way.

His written advice gave me such good content and pointers on how to word my evidence. Once DWP reviewed this evidence, they agreed that the Trust Fund was absolutely necessary and there was no attempt at deprivation of capital. I feel that Prakash was a big part of gaining this good outcome.

In addition, when I was stressed, Prakash’s calm way of talking and explaining things reassured me and reduced my anxiety.

I highly recommend Prakash for any Benefits issues you may have and he will always be the first person I go to for any further issues in future as he’s an excellent person to have on your side.

Terrance Channer took on a court case against the police. Everything was left until the very last minute, and then, without consultation he told the police and the courts that he wished to drop the case.

Please be aware that Fry Law seem to have merged with this organisation, and they are a complete scam. Will drag your case out, nearly running down deadlines and then issuing the case in court with nothing done and no pre-action letter even sent or considered writing. Then still do nothing and leave you without a way forwards. Please choose carefully before instructing this firm and check out the reviews of trust pilot and the never ending people that they let down, after taking on their cases. Quite the opposite of protecting human rights...
