great improvement to my sleep
i bought a new mattress but it was not comfortable

Comfortable. Best mattress ever. Would highly recommend. Very firm so takes some time to get used to but persevere. Very quick delivery and great customer service.

Mattress is perfect, delivery experience not so much
The mattress is great, delivery in the box was extremely convenient and I would definitely recommend Emma Sleep. Only downfall which made the experience stressful is the mattress was delivered at my new house 3 days ahead of time with no warning. the delivery driver just dropped it in front of the door during work hours and only called once she was on her way out. Hard situation to be in when you are moving and do not have access to your house or a car to move the box around.

I find the mattress sinks in the center, around the hips after an hour of use especially with a partner.

Hello Liam, thank you for sharing your feedback. For the inflation, it normally takes between 24 and 48 hours for the mattress to expand to its fullest size. So don't be worried if it is not immediately expanding after opening it. Some of our customers have advised it too 36 hours for the mattress to fully inflate.
I suggest waiting it out for the whole week and see if there will be a difference. If not, please let our Customer Support know you can reach out to them via support@emma-sleep.co.nz and send us a photo so we can see if we can arrange a replacement mattress. -BB
Order Cancelled but Money not refunded
Trying to contact you since morning , no one replies. I have been double charged for the Mattress, I have also asked to cancel my order. But there is no update from them

Quite firm
The mattress is really too hard for us but it's still so much better than the old one we had which was 20+ years old. I am pretty sure it's probably good for our backs but I wish it was just a little softer.
