Bottom line up from I never got what I ordered. Purchased the “Habits” program and when I clicked download I was disconnected. I immediately email them to resend download and I got an email congratulating me on purchasing their “Mood” program. This continued for 10 or so minutes and stopped as I was getting no where. The only reason I gave them one star is because there is on zero starts to be given.

Do NOT purchase, please. Do NOT. The most unprofessional "company" and customer "service". Upright rude and condescending responses from them. Please you can find similar sheets free on the internet, this is not worth your money. And do not expect your money back even though they state that it’s a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's not the type of guarantee that you think it is. You will never see your money again. They intentionally make it misleading so you think it is a safe purchase. They do not refund if you are not satisfied. They will only "help" whatever that is.

BTW you can't use these sheets in Excel!! And if you have for example different currency than USD so you can expect to do some work with that as well..

Please. This is not a serious company. Stay away.

Calling me a scam before reading the refund policy is not polite either, while I already explained to you that I can't refund products for such reason.

You complained about two issues in the sheet, and I gave you a solution to one of them in the first reply, then you said that you don't like the sheet, and it is not to your expectations, and that you can make that sheet by yourself anyways, you used that as an excuse to get a refund.

If you just wanted to get a refund, you didn't have to make such claims, all you had to do is say that you want a refund because you don't like it. And maybe I would have made an exception just for you even though it wouldn't be fair for the other customers. But you had to bring that "scam" provocation to get your refund.

Ordered and paid for downloads. My credit card was charged. But, 6 weeks later, I’m still trying to get the product.

Nice looking spreadsheets and good intentions... Not tried the google sheets version because I prefer to use Excel on my computer... so can't speak for that, but the downloadable excel version is full of glitches and contains too many large strings causing it to hang - I have a very high spec machine and have no issues running high demand software without lag.

Some of the formulas need correcting and some of them just return error messages for part of the function that they are supposed to cover off...

The idea is good, the principle is sound and the spreadsheets are almost there, but you really should thoroughly test something to exhaustion before selling it to the public...
