Genuinely such a good service from Imtiaz. I had a massive drain blockage and he showed up within 20 minutes, fixing the issue in just a couple of hours. He had all the equipment necessary and there was no faff with him at all. He also provided a really detailed report afterward — truly 5-star service all round.

Quick response, great service. The two men were clean and tidy and worked hard to get the job done. They disposed of the old radiators at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Imitiaz lovely guy, came on time, was £250 for a diagnostic emergency visit. Boiler was fully broken, +10 years old. However we got a second quote for the new boiler + installation and it was £950 cheaper than Imitiaz's quote for same brand boiler and installation, and they said they would not have charged for a diagnostic visit and a quote. I think Imitiaz service is perfect if you've got a problem that can be repaired but for a whole new boiler elsewhere was cheaper.

Called Imtiaz on a Thursday evening due to a faulty water pump. He arrived two hours later to check the issue out and advised a new pump was required. The new pump was ordered by Friday and arrived Saturday afternoon. By Saturday evening he was at my flat installing it. Very quick and responsive - when you lose hot water in the winter, there isn't much more you would want from a technician.

We have used Imtiaz on several projects. He always spelt out what we had to do - even if it was a cheaper option. His manners are impeccable and he kept the site clean at all times. You are not sure what you get when you call someone into your home but you are with Imtiaz.

Brilliant! Hot water broke on Sunday with temperatures around 40 when we all want to have showers. I contacted Emergency Plumber, and they located someone who already had the right part with them, and arranged for them to come round Monday morning. Everything was fixed by half-past eleven! Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergency on a Sunday late evening that turned out to be not trivial at all. They came to stabilise the situation at night and back in the morning with more heavy gear (camera etc) to unblock a very complicated piping system. They were the only one willing to give me a quotation on the phone so I knew what I was dealing with.

I had an electric issue linked with my unvented hot water cylinder. I called him around 2pm and he was here that same evening fixing my issue. Very professional and customer friendly which is something difficult to find. I would definitely recommend and will be using him too going forward for my annual boiler servicing.

My toilet got blocked and I called Emergency Plumber. They reached my place within 30 minutes after getting a call. They unclogged the drain and all back to normal. They are such a great team to work with. I would definitely use their services in future!

I woke up at 3.10am this morning to a leak above my bed, I called through and A plumber called Imtiaz was in my flat within 10 minutes! The situation ended up being quite complicated (as we needed to access a broken water tank in the flat above us), Imtiaz identified the leak and it’s source and how to fix it quickly. Accessing the tank was difficult, however Imtiaz improvised, mad went above and beyond! He stayed on site for 2 hours to resolve the issue, and I couldn’t have imagined a better service! Imtiaz also checked in the following day to ensure the leak had stopped and that we were able to drain the tank. The service was very much appreciated!

As first time home owners in London, having your boiler start playing up is a genuinely unnerving experience, its hard to know where to turn or who to listen to. After an emergency that left us with no heating (and hours of trawling the internet looking for reliable companies) we decided to go with Emergency Plumber London. Could not be more impressed with the service. Quick, efficient and professional from start to finish. As our boiler was old we had to make use of there services a few times and eventually got them to install a brand new boiler and the quality of service did not waver. As total novices to this area of life we appreciated the reasonable prices which were all pre arranged and honoured, so no naughty add on/secret charges which plague this profession. Every question we asked got a direct and honest answer so at no point did either of us feel that we were having the wool pulled over our eyes. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs any work doing, emergency or otherwise. Big shout out to Imtiaz Miah, total star.
