Worst Call handler
Worst Call handler - DO NOT USE.
Engineer was good but the lady handling calls was absolutely rude, she needs to understand how to do her job professionally and calmly answer queries, not have a go at customers during their desperate times.
I've been out of heating and hot water for few days with a newborn at home, been difficult to get hold of anyone during this season. When Engineer came out today, the initial F2 error had disappeared so he checked other things, charged per hour fee of £180 and left. 5 minutes later there was a leak from the boiler which was not there before he came. Called the lady, she was saying it may be a new fault, I said it wasn't happening before and maybe the engineer needs to tighten a pipe, he came back, reopened and did the same thing as before, leak stopped and he advised a full strip service later and said I can keep it running as he can't see any error code, seemed to be working ok then. 15 min after he left, the boiler made a noise and F2 error came up. I called them again to report that the error has finally come back on again and to seek advice as what to do next. The lady didn't let me explain and started to shout at me saying she can send me invoice that explains detail of repair, etc , she went on to say I can't keep calling every 5 min, this is what happens with boilers,etc and was talking angrily the whole time while I was calm trying to get a chance to speak and explain why I'm calling her back, she didn't let me speak and make an effort to understand my query and she hung up. When I called back she cut my call. I am now left with no heating and hot water and spent £240 for nothing. I don't know whether the fitter was even gas safe certified, maybe he was but won't be using them again! Sad their engineers get tarnished because of this rude lady.
