Emailit so far has been a great platform to use.
I purchased this tool several months ago as a hobbyist for some of my personal tools and services I host.

Its such a no nonsense platform, they say they do email, the platform does email. And they do it well!. Boom thats it!

So far:
*knock on wood*
No upsells, no bait and switches, no unwanted features shoved against the user, my emails are delivering, my API keys work well, reliability seems fantastic, documentation was straightforward for me.

Love it honestly, I have nothing bad to say!

This is a terrible service. They lure you in with a seemingly attractive price and service, then constantly change the usage restrictions. First, they limited the number of messages you could send, then they required verification. The core issue is restricting your usage, which is completely different from the promises I received when I purchased the service. Arbitrarily changing their service policy is ridiculous. Recently, they've started requiring verification again. Why didn't I have this when I initially purchased the service? Why don't they listen to their changing user policies? Don't listen to their excuses. Even if you're using the service normally, you'll be ruthlessly banned. I've used many services, and this is the worst I've ever seen. They attract you with a low price and then provide extremely poor service.

I've lost my money on this platform. You don't loose it please. The platform has extremely poor deliverability and the support is worse.
Also, when someone put it online, they put a false claim calling them abusers/spammers to protect their image. The founder is so cunning that instead of helping the customer he would do everything for the reader to believe how nice they are.
While this deal might look lucrative, it's a complete waste of money and time.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I bought the deal on Appsumo.
I only used it much later (after their refund period).
Critical customer and lead emails were not getting delivered resulting in lost sales and customer issues.
I later discovered this founder had put me on a server that had bad delivery. Apparently this was happening to all new customers without them even knowing.

After complaining he then said I could be moved to a better server. At that point, I had enough of the dishonesty and requested a refund from Appsumo. Even though it was past the refund date they refunded it after I shared the correspondence with the founder.

Don't waste you time with this. ITs too important a function and AWS and Zeptomail are cheap.

We compared several providers and this one stood out for being well priced, modern interface with everything we needed. It works withour installation without issues and we are very happy. I'm not sure why some people have an issue with this service as it goes above and beyond. Maybe they weren't complying with the very reasonable and understandable anti-spam rules. You have to comply very carefully nowadays with GDPR etc and provided you do that (which legally we all have to) then you won't have an issue. It is also done to make sure that the email service for all is not compromised and keeps everything squeaky clean. The verfiication process took less than 15 hours and was easily done via their very good onboarding process. 10/10 or 5/5 from us!

I've been using it for a while for transactional emails with great deliverability, founder is very responsive and they've been shipping updates, really good platform so far, i hope it stays that way

I would give this zero stars if possible. The founder is using deceptive tactics to remove active users from the platform. Despite paying for the top-tier lifetime deal, I was banned under false pretenses. When I provided evidence that I wasn't violating their terms, the "reasons" for my suspension kept changing.
The founder is unprofessional, even asking for off-platform payments during the sales process. This is a classic bait-and-switch. I have the full chat logs to prove how this was handled. Stay far away.

Update: This guy said we're doing cold emailing, when I asked him to show proof (as they maintain the email log), he had no answer to it. He then asked me to show my website and then changed his reason of suspending saying that your website did not have a consent banner unchecked by default. Just know that he knew my same website from last 2 years, the website was never changed even 1%, in fact he got on a call with me as well asking me to subscribe to his platform outside the marketplace where it's sold. Remember it is a cash crab, they day you buy high tier plan or spent more money he will come for you.

The founder took money from me until the highest plan (in fact asked me if I can pay him outside of the LTD platform where he was selling the deal, shady guy) and now suspended my account. He is an absolute cheater who will deceive you and RIP you off with your money.
I had no changes since last 1 year and suddenly the founder suspended my account saying you are doing cold email (which I never did). In fact I asked him to point out which email felt like cold email and he had no answer, post that he said you did not have a checkbox on your website that's why I suspended your account.
The true reason is that he doesn't want people to use the platform with it's full potential. He wants dead buyers, people who buy the lifetime deal and forget about his product.
He's a con artist, I have a full chat history with the founder on Discord and Email if anyone wants proof. Do not loose your money with this guy.

I only send transactional emails, signups, booking confirmation, receipts, etc... I was paying $19.99 USD per month just for sendgrid. I bought tier 3 and was instantly able to move all the websites over to use emailit. Once tested everything is functional, i cancelled my sendgrid sub and instantly upgraded to tier 5 (which I don't ever think i will need).

I was even able to send emails using n8n using an email node and smtp.

Now, i am having issues sending emails to my work outlook, but i am sure they will be able to help me with this.

I am grateful to add this to my arsenal of tools!

We’ve had the pleasure of experiencing their "services," and here is a quick summary of what you can expect:

The Identity Crisis: One day you’re talking to "George," the next it’s "Jiří Žižka." It’s less like professional support and more like a poorly written spy novel.

The Houdini Act: The owner’s LinkedIn profile has vanished—presumably to hide from the trail of unsatisfied customers and the toxic reputation of his previous failed ventures.

Zero Deliverability: Their primary product—sending emails—simply doesn't work. If your goal is to have your messages permanently hosted in a spam folder (or nowhere at all), they are market leaders.

"Pro" Management: The entire operation is run by a kid from Czechia who treats business like a sandbox game. Changing the company name every time the bad reviews pile up isn’t a "pivot," Jiří—it’s a red flag.

The Verdict: Save your sanity and your budget. Dealing with Emailit.com is like asking a child to fly a commercial jet—it might look like a fun idea to them, but everyone else is going to crash.

Stay away, stay professional, and find a real provider.

I recently switched from Amazon SES to Emailit, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Amazon SES has gradually become far too complicated and heavily automated, especially when it comes to getting new customers or domains approved. The process feels rigid, slow, and impersonal.

Emailit was a very pleasant surprise. The setup is straightforward, the interface is easy to understand, and everything just works without unnecessary friction. What really stands out, however, is the support. Instead of dealing with bots or generic responses, you get fast, personal, and genuinely helpful support from real people who actually want to solve your problem.

Whenever I had a question or ran into a small issue, the response was quick and clear, and the problem was resolved without back-and-forth or bureaucracy. That alone makes a huge difference compared to larger providers.

I bought it via app sumo, and they put me in onboarding pool without informing. Our emails were not going to the customers and we lost precious time and money.

I am all up for supporting new and upcoming products but this lack of transparency is not ideal.

EmailIT caused significant damage to our recruitment business operations.

We migrated our entire email infrastructure to EmailIT after purchasing through AppSumo, only to discover major undisclosed limitations and unprofessional support practices.

The Problems:
- Undisclosed 1000/hour rate limiting discovered only after full system migration
- Support representative George (owner may actually be Jiří Žižka using alias) imposed arbitrary 10,000 email "testing" requirement
- EmailIT deliberately uses poor-reputation IPs for new customers, ensuring most emails land in spam initially
- Despite completing their test and providing full GDPR compliance documentation, George refused service escalation
- Our legitimate interview confirmations and job candidate communications were incorrectly labeled as "marketing"
- We utilize Reoon email verification for quality assurance, yet our practices were continuously questioned

The Damage:
Over 10,000 emails remained undelivered, disrupting hundreds of scheduled interviews. Our candidate database of 400,000+ people was affected by these service failures.

The Resolution:
None. George refused to provide data exports for migration and suggested we seek AppSumo refunds instead of resolving the service issues.

Recommendation:
Choose established email service providers. This appears to be a single-person operation making arbitrary decisions without consideration for customer business impact.

The tool has a good foundation, but the general conditions regarding the bounce rate are poor. Most tools like Brevo and Mailchimp are quite flexible in this area. However, Emailit is too severe and often bans your account at the slightest mistake

Emailit provides a fabulous platform for anyone requiring SMTP or API-driven mailing services for their business or project. From web developers to software engineers, this should be a no brainer of an option to use for easy integration of a mailing platform with almost no barrier to entry. Add on top-notch support and incredible features, this is an easy must-buy.

I can say that for the first time everything is as it should be with the application and the support is great, people are doing their job, the application works great and everything is as it should be. I recommend that you take it and work without any problems. The cannon does everything
