Soporte en España sin chatbots, una empresa seria y de confianza. Llevan muchísimos años en el mercado y si tienes problemas te los resuelven. Siempre los he recomendado y lo seguiré haciendo.

First, the support for lifetime accounts is significantly lacking. While I understand that monthly recurring revenue often dictates priority, the current lack of responsiveness makes it feel as though support for LTD users is non-existent, which is a major pain point.

Second, the language is inconsistent. Large portions of the platform, including the dashboard, reporting, and various random sections, remain in Spanish. For a company seeking a global user base, having a UI that reverts to the native language of the founders is unprofessional and creates a barrier for non-Spanish speakers.

Third, the editor is unreliable. I have frequently experienced bugs where blocks fail to save. Even when the system indicates a "draft saved" status, the changes are often lost, forcing me to rebuild campaign elements from scratch. This level of instability is a significant drain on productivity.

Finally, the platform lacks advanced functionality. Compared to more mature ecosystems like Klaviyo, it is missing essential features such as advanced segmentation and automations, exclusion lists, in-depth, granular reporting.

Summary: In its current state, the platform lacks the maturity required for larger companies or experienced email marketers. It feels like a tool still in its early stages rather than a professional-grade solution for those accustomed to high-end marketing suites.

I've been using Acumbamail for a while now and I have to say it meets expectations.

I'd like to see some design improvements and more features, but overall, the emails get delivered and it's more than good enough.

I recommend it.

Es una herramienta bastante intuitiva y facilita mucho la preparación y envío de campañas, aunque, como toda herramienta, siempre se puede mejorar.
Por ejemplo, yo añadiría alguna forma de permitir el alta de un usuario en varias listas a la vez y no lista a lista como ocurre ahora.
Y también añadiría un botón 'deshacer', porque creo que a todos nos ha pasado alguna vez lo de eliminar un bloque por error.

Respuesta rápida a nuestro problema. Hubo un fallo en la gestión del cobro de tarifa y la respuesta de Acumbamail ha sido rápida y con la satisfacción de tratar con personas cárnicas (como dicen Buenafuente y Berto). Gracias.

Os he llamado por una incidencia, lo habéis estudiado y me decís que a vosotros no se os replica. Al menos tendrías que llegar hasta el fondo de la cuestión e indicarme qué es lo que está ocurriendo o demostrarme que a vosotros no se os replica porque a mi sí y os lo he demostrado.
Mas adelante habéis continuado con el seguimiento de la incidencia y finalmente he podido concretar con mi informático que el problema se encontraba en el idioma en el que se leía el envío. Cuando he cambiado el idioma se ha podido visualizar correctamente. Muchas gracias

I really love your platform, your customer service is amazing and I’m only upset that I didn’t join earlier

I created an account with Acumbamail and found API integration almost impossible, until I contacted support. They seem not to have any formal documentation, so they keep sending details in small drops. When I finally got my PHP function successfully communicating with their platform, I realized that the account does not have a courtesy balance, not even one miserable credit (1 SMS).
The response is always "This endpoint is not available for non-paying customers".
Luckily there are other good companies that provide us with documentation, few messages to test and a good website.

Por lo que cobran al m s, 900€, tienen un servicio de soporte nefasto. Si tienes una incidencia hasta el lunes nada, y si es después de las 6 tampoco. Han subido un 30% los precios en el ultimo año, y para eso mailchimp te da soporte 24/7
